Finally, people have started seeing the light...
Hopefully CR didnt subbed him only as a birthday present, as i assumed...
And i repeat, DC is much better offensively than defensively, but that doesnt means that Molinaro is any better than him defensively, despite this being (pressumably) his only "strong" point...
As for the pace and hard work, they are also DCs characteristics, if he is given the time Molinaro had in our team, he will become NT material at two seasons!

I still have question till now about why we bought Molinaro and sold Balzaretti last season???
If i'm not wrong i read Balza sold for 3.5 mill euros to Fio and we bought Moli 3.7 mill euros from Siena
Is Balza more versatile from Moli, has great mentality (he won scudetti with us and has CL experience), and more secure in defense.
He played under Capello 06/07 as a cover for Zambro in left back and play good too in RB when Zebina injured
When we are in Serie B, Balza also played great in LB when Chiellini injured in season start and then play as aur RB when Zebina usually injured
If we still have him as cover for De Ceglie for LB now, we'll be have more great depth in LB

It is unfair to compare Balza with world class players, as Zambro at his prime, today our team is full with players of mediocre quality and Balza isnt any worse than them, esp at the defense.
However you see it, Molinaro was a step backwards...

Dun think so. Torrichelli is a rugged mafia look-alike which send chills down opponent's spine.
His imposing looks is matched by his on-field quality. He, together with Montero, Ferrara & Pessotto formed a very successful backline in the 90s.
Balza is no where near Torrichelli
