Indeed, no one is as successful and competetive as he has been for 2 decades, and be "too nice" when it comes to the sport. He is a gentleman, but if anything the quality I allways liked the most about him is how he extremely hungry he is for more, and the need to prove doubters wrong after hurdles. Defenitely too much of a winner to be "too nice", wether he suits the profession of coaching is another thing, but him him being too nice wouldnt be what woudl limit him IMO.
