Cassano, Vieri, Morientes and Owen have all played in the CL so getting one of them doesn't make sense to me. I'd loan Mutu, bring back Sculli or sign someone who would be content with a place on the bench but still good enough to be called upon like Caracciolo. Bazzani or Toni would be nice but I can't see us getting one of them, not in January anyways.

None of them.

To get another striker of top-class is not necessary, it could just be negative as it could lower the moral. If we get another forward it hould be a young player who can learn from Del Piero and Trezeguet and perhaps even from Zlatan.

I agree with Zambrotta!
If we start getting more and more top-level strikers, we'll have the same problem as Real Madrid! That's not necessary! It sound's great to say: We have the world's best strikers...But it influences the teamwork badly! We don't need Morientes and we don't need Owen...if you ask me...

wrong. sculli does take a salary and right now (even without trezegoal) he is a waste of money

i think that stu ment is that we wont have to pay anything to brescia if we bring back sculli.

Morientes would be great to pick up

Owen- NO !!!!!

No Trezeguet, Del Piero and Zlatan are all potential starters in every club on this planet, Zalayeta is a really good sub. It's not like we desperately need another top-class striker who is just going to fill out our bench and raise our salary costs. But we could definetly use another striker but not another established one, it would be a better idea to have one player who still can develop. All of the three star-forwards we have today are too good for the bench and it would really be a waste of money and talent to get another unsatisfied player. Instead we should get a player who can fill Tres's shoes in the near future and who is willing to really fight to get there. In that way we will kepp up the moral in the team and keep down the salary costs.

well morientes is bordering on 29,wouldn't be very wise if we had to pay a shitload of money for him.

owen would take an age and a half to get used to serie a,and that's if he ever does.

loaning mutu would be ideal,he's talented, hungry for games and wouldn't cost a thing(i'm sure roman will gladly pay his wages even if we loan him, bes;)
