well morientes is bordering on 29,wouldn't be very wise if we had to pay a shitload of money for him.

Is Morientes age the only problem you have with him?

If so you will be happy to know that he is not a year older than David Trezeguet. Trezeguet is 4yrs younger than Del Piero. Del Piero is 14yrs older than me. Im 16:cool:

I trust Zala 100%, he is very underrated imo.
no offence to you...:cheesy:
but i really think zala needs to work hard to improve his foot skill. he missed two easy chances in the 2nd half of last game. and one of them, was 6 yards in front of the goal line with only a goalkeeper to beat. i am sure he should done better on this chance.

of course every player misses chances everygame, and i will be more than happy if he keeps score goal by head every match.

it's only a matter of time before zala's shortcomings are exposed.some quality defence and he'll have a hard time getting any shots in.

thank god del piero's returning soon.

He did. In the game against Udinese. The main prob is that Zala does not have the chance ot prove himself. He is nomrally a sub.

Why bother haing Owen/Morientes if we have Zala? I will throw Owen back to Liverpool.

Moggi's transfer policy......

If Juventus is winning Serie A, and doing well in CL, we don't need anyone.....do not buy until there are problems in the team and we start losing.....

and the problem with that is?.........., anyway its no reason to make fun of Moggi, after all there is a reason for why he is so respected and why Juve is so properly runned. But maybe u prefer Roma's policy?

Zala will NOT carry us through till January, he's not good enough !!!
I disagree with you there, vin.

Checking out the rest of the schedule, there are 2 difficult matches between now and January, away to Inter and home to Milan. Juve is already in the driver's seat in their CL group with realistically one difficult match remaining, away to Bayern. No disrespect to Ajax, but having them at home this time around is a big advantage. Juve is catching Roma in a week at just the right time, and the Inter and Milan matches would have been difficult even with Trezeguet.

I'm not even counting the Coppa mathces at this point. That's just playing time for the subs.

This also gives lots of playing time to Zlatan, as he is starting to adjust to Juve's brand of football, and it will pay off huge dividends in the 2nd half of the season.

You don't consider Roma to be a difficult match?

Did you miss the "Juve is catching Roma in a week at the right time" part of my statement?

The team is in disarray, and Juve is playing them at home. If Roma's performance had matched their talent level at this point in the season, then I'd be worried.

One player I would like to bring to Turin is Saviola. He would help the attack have a bit more spark and speed on counters. And yes Javier is better than Fabrizio.

Are we talking Saviola of Barca and AS Monaco fame?

Love to see it happen, considering he's still young (23), and is playing extremely well. I became a fan of his last summer watching him play against Juve in Boston. Yes, he is miles ahead of Fabrizio, but would cost a King's ransom to get him from Monaco. Is he on loan there, or did Monaco buy him outright?
