Mu guess is that then they wouldn't be working on the stands.
A crane fell onto the stands and they collapsed at the moment people from a constructorsfirm were working on the stadium to ge tit finsihed before the start of the new season while they actually would have been on their summer time off.
Such bad luck.

Argentina to restructure leagues

The Argentinian Football Association are to implement a radical change to the country's domestic competition with the top two divisions combining to make a 38-team tournament from 2012/13. The motion, put forward by AFA president Julio Humberto Grondona, has been passed by 15 of the 20 top-flight teams.

The new competition will see the teams split into two zones of 19. Traditional rivals like River Plate and Boca Juniors will be kept apart but would then face each other in 'inter-zone' matches. The top five teams in each zone will advance to the Championship Stage, to define the league winners, while the other 28 will play to avoid relegation.

It means River, who suffered relegation for the first time in their illustrious history in the recently-completed Clausura season, will spend just one season in the second tier before the new format comes into play.

LOL, obviously River have considerable power.

yeah, watched that one - almost as crazy as the Lille-Marseille game ... kind of reminded me of the U-17 WC 3rd place game between Brazil and Germany.
And what a douchbagy PK by Elano :D

And yet River fans killed themselves over it... I wish them they could see themselves now from a different angle.

I have story for you
saterday morning fc twente coach Co Adriaanse told Emir Bajrami (swedish international and player of fc twente) that he sucks so far. and that he has to do better otherwise he should call Zlatan.
That night fc twente plays an away match against sc heerenveen. Bajrami sits on the bench and comes on as a substitution.
Then he does this
now all twente people call him zlatan Bajrami

Rudnevs (that latvian guy who tore us apart in Turin against Lech Poznan) has scored 8 goals in 4 rounds in Polish league thus far, breaking a record. I see him moving this winter to a bigger league.
