You are thinking like a fan and i dont blame you for that, but such a high risk is unacceptable for a prestigious club like Juventus.
We are not in such a desperate posture right now, actually it is the other way around, Gasperini, Spalletti and Prandelli, all know that even if they are superior tactician and doesnt take more than a Ferrara and our players to rank faster than their work...
Naturally, they should be graving for our seat, not us us for their services.
We should be craving for the likes of Benitez. We are Juventus ffs...
If CR was able to do that well in CL and the league, imagine what a quality coach would achieve with an upgraded defense and the likes of Diego...
Ferrara and Conte are desperate solution, for desperate times, these are not desperate times for us! Actually its the ideal moment to pick a good coach and try a fresh start!

For me Spalletti is just as much of a gamble as Ciro (or even Conte), so we might as well stick with Ferrara.

I am not actually... I am just against the appointment of Spalletti or the sorts... I'd prefer Juve go for an established coach, I very much would... But if its between Spalletti and Ciro, I know where my vote would go... Because if Spalletti comes in it'll be Ranieri all over again... If someone like Benitez is available (I don't like him) then I'd choose him over Ciro any day... My point is that if you are going to risk an appointment, you might as well put someone who has been working at the club for sometime than some one like Spalletti or Conte, who even with their experience would not be able to do anything more than what Ranieri has given us this year...

I dont think Ferrara can handle players like Diego and Giovinco , he just dont have the experience that Spalleti has. However, iam afraid spalleti might field molinaro or diego as strikers like he did with mancini and totti imean he hates to use specialized strikers sometimes it's totti others it's perotta or the winger taddei

Do you think the working conditions at Roma are optimal for a coach ? Considering factors such as their overriding demand to play their style of football and dealing with a large chunk of whinning players while getting minimal support from the owners or directors both morally and financially.
