Im just glad that she's over with the poppish stuff and has moved on with new beats and producers. She has a song produced by Moby called Early Mornin' thats pretty cool. Also one produced by P Diddy that will be a bonus track on the european versions, its called The Answer.
And her second single will be featuring the Yang Yang twins and its cool. She also has a song kinda Kylie Minogue-ish because it was produced by Kylies people

P Diddy is a cool producer..., but moby ----- he is gay-crap.

And if she is exploring a change... you will see how different her sales will be... you will know.

Thats why maybe the leak of the Cd will help. The song Moby made actually is one of the best of the CD, its all kinda chill-out and you cant tell moby produced it.

Is there any song she produced? :p

Hey you guys were talking about the charts...just cos it went to number 1 doesn`t mean it's good. Hype plays an important factor and since it's her first single off her new album it's obviously going to number 1, even if she just had a song that was full of noises like burps or whatever. Her market is small kids who don't know much about music yet, so they buy regardless of what she sells. Her doing all those sexy photos is obviously to attract the bigger audience who are obviously not so naive (well some still are) and therefore would not want to buy her music.

Someone mentioned that being American helps to reach number 1. That is so true. British artists/band who are the most talented in the world imo have only had Radiohead take top spot in the album charts for the past 10 years or so! Just shows that Americans don't get music :p

I dont think she produced anything, but she co-wrote a lot of stuff. In this record the music isnt for pre-teens anymore, Britney grew up with her fans, so now the beats and lyrics are different, more mature. And something I forgot to say, I just love Britney's shallow lyrics.

Oh, the hell with you, Glenn:D

(Notice I spelled your name right this time)

Coldplay for one, is very, very popular here.

In america, slowly, we are starting to see artists who actually have some musical skill, a rarity these days, start to creep back into the sales and music charts.

christ, there's only so much bling-bling and pre-fabricated pop you can stand.

I am mostly disappointed in what has happened to Hip Hop and rap. I grew up on it, since it's inception back in the late 70's, and it has TOTALLY gone off track. There used to be a message in the music.

We see no-talent losers like the Ying Yang twins, chingy, and Lil Jon and the eastside boyz topping the charts, while truly great rappers and groups like Nas, De La Soul, The Roots, Talib Kweli get pushed to the side.

Thank god for groups like Outkast, who haven't forgotten the true essence of Hip Hop.

Christina... Christina... since when does becoming comfortable with your sexuality equals a crime? Her voice is a blast, and she writes her own song. For today's young pop singers, that's a rarity.

Oh hell yeah, I'm a FANATIC.

True, I agree that Outkast is more than just hip-hop.

The Roots are talented though, they are a musical band, after all.
