No, they don't, apart from the homeless shelters. With real unemployment hovering above 16%, not counting people raking in minimum wages, jobs are few and far between, so many opt for the military. And to be honest, the benefits are extremely good, including when... err, if... you come back alive. So it looks rather enticing to become a soldier...
... until you realize that you'll return with PTSD or some other disability, or be branded a possible terrorist by your own government who send interrogators to your doorstep as soon as you say the country is imploding and you had better prepare yourself. To me, you have to be crazy to want to sign up for globalist banker military, but many folks really do not understand what is happening.
.
When have I argued that not chosing the military is better for your own material situation? Never. Of course it's better, I'm talking about the moral decisions one has to make before signing up, it basically comes down to: I am in a tough spot economically, and therefore my life isn't as good as it ought to be. I have two option:
1) Keep working shitty 5 dollar / hour (If that's still the minimum wage in the states) jobs, send my kids to public schools and never enjoy any real luxuries.
2) I can sign up for the army, I'll most likely be sent to a war zone where I'm bound to engage in combat and the chance of me taking a life is very large. If I survive, I'll come home with a drastically improved financial situation and will make life a bit better for everyone around me.
So it's basically up for you to weigh the option and make a choice, whoever choses the second option - which is basically my
quality - not life - of life is worth more than the potential
life of an Iraqi
citizen - then you're just an asshole in my opinion.
I won't bother replying to your terrible knowledge of how I think and the way you put all Europeans together in one pot. You can refute the examples I mentioned of bad US foreign policy if you want to, but you can't, because it's true
