Can somebody briefly outline all the mistakes Capello is making and why he should be sacked?
If you browse around you will prolly find a good half a dozen threads with the mistakes capello has done and why he should be sacked. Very briefly here are the 10 reasons (There are many more but 10 should do).

1) He will Never win the CL with juve simply because he plays the same players over and over again till they get tired, dehydrated and prolly even end up getting there legs amputated.
2) Linked to above when players are in bad form he just wont take them off he has his favourites in the space of zlatan and emerson and maybe a few more.
3) His totally spoiled the spirit in the club as he has had attacks against the "former" club captain del piero, camoranesi e.t.c
4) He somehow plays the same fricken formation everytime, his so predictable
5) He gave us shameful stastics such as the most offsides and red/yellow cards in the CL.
6) His responsible for the humilation we recieved against arsenal and also for the way we were almost embarrased against werder.
7) Despite CL being the main target for us this season he has ultimately not given a crap for it by not resting his main players for the big games.
8) His brought in slow and old players and not given a chance to youngsters.
9) He plays some of the most ridicolous tactics whereby long balls seems to be the only hope and buffon is our best playmaker.
10) His openly talked about how he would love to manage the english NT e.t.c I dont think I need to further clarify why exactly thats bad for our team.

Capello is to be commended for how he has organized this squad for Serie A success. No question, given the accomplishments we've made -- including the determination to pull out last year's scudetto despite Milan being favored by many (including myself).

But I have no faith in the man's abilities to lead and organize this team in the elimination rounds in the CL. I hate to keep harking back at some stark statistics on this, but I will with updates:

Elimination round minutes with Capello as coach where Juve has had the series lead: 22 (2.36%)
Where we've been even: 222 (23.8%)
Where we've been behind: 688 (73.8%)

15 1/2 hours of elimination round CL play and only 22 minutes of encouragement.

Contrast with Mancini at the helm of Inter in CL elimination play, which are more the kind of numbers I would expect for a club like Juve:

Inter leads: 248 (34.4%)
Inter tied: 229 (31.8%)
Inter trails: 243 (33.8%)

Now Juve has played all of our CL elimination rounds with the home match on the ritorno. But that said, those kind of numbers show little better than Vegas odds of us squeaking by at any given time at the last minute.

Now it's too easy to blame the coach for all the team's problems in the CL. The players have a lot to do with it too. But it is also clear that Capello's game plan is the same every match, regardless of our standing. And his formation and player choices are as predictable (and often questionable) as anything. He certainly has to take some heat for this, as Juve are clearly underperforming in CL elimination matches with him at the helm.

If our team's stated goal is to keep collecting Scudetti until kingdom come, regardless of CL play, we've got our man. If we actually want to put our club money where our mouth is in saying that the CL is our primary goal for a given season, we have to put up or shut up. And while it's true there can only be one winner of the CL in any given year, I'm not even asking Cap to come home with the trophy per se. All I'm asking him to do is to lead the team to perform commensurate with the level of respect the club deserves -- something in line with our Serie A play. Something where we might lose, but we go down fighting and proud of what we achieved in Europe anyway.

And we have not seen anything close to that. We've only come away looking lame, gimpy, with the rest of the world wondering what's wrong with us -- fingers pointing as they say, "And these guys are supposed to be the Italian champions?" -- as we whimper away under a press silence with our tails between our legs.

why the crap wont he let olivera play?
I think he doesnt seem confident with having him. The ironic part is he never even wanted to sell/loan him. Its no doubt insane when you look at how many players he could rotate and how many he actually does. He used him last season only because he was desperate and that just shows how much confidence he does have in him no wonder players like miccoli and tacchi dont want to come back. This season he hasnt been used simply because we have mutu (despite his best position not even being as a winger). As for desperate issues well we have been fairly "lucky" this season because we aint reached a moment in the season where both camo and mutu have been out.

I don't think Juve will want to sell Zlatan, but there may be one problem : wage. Zlatan will ask for a bigger wage, obviously, because he thinks he's the greatest and Juve might not like it. The wage is the only reason Juve might sell Zlatan if someone offers the 30 M. Else, they won't sell him...

Lets mug chelsea off cos they'll afford him and his wages. Hope he has a good world cup, then i'll personally buy him a one way ticket to Stamford bridge myself.

Egotistical chump.

I want his missed effort last night as my avatar. that just sums him up perfectly!
