actually i think Man U have been hustled...30 mil for players that are so young and relatively uproven...they could have easily signed Ribery and Hunter...who would any1 rather have Ribery + Hunter or Nani + Anderson?
Although I dont believe them figures are quite true (infact realistically i would prolly guess 20 mill for both, at most) I would still go for Nani and Anderson (providing the cost for them is still in balance cheaper than Ribery and Hunter). Theres nothing like investing in promising stars. IMO Nani and Anderson are gonna do a hell of a lot good for man u than ribery and hunter. Ferguson knows how to make men out of boys. Also as far as am aware man u are currently looking to get Hunter too.. there gonna have one heck of a squad next season.

There great players, but to be fair, there wage demands will be a headache for ferguson afterall a bigger concern for a club is the contract rather than the overall transfer fee.
ya u'r right, but i think if they can 30mil pounds they don't give a fck if the wage is 2 mil or 4 mil :D

Well if we start comparing these players head to head, it just cant be done for obvious reasons (positions and experience) but ask anyone in portugal and ask for the most promising stars coming out from their league and both their names will be mentioned. Its an investment and as I said earliar there is no official confirmation of the transfer fee paid. I very much doubt it is anywhere near what was originally mentioned.

ok we all would love to see sings like these. but we have to face the fact. manu really got much more money .... and we r just back in serie a.
really 50 min today isn't much ...sadly... these two youngster coast nearly the same than our transfermarket bugdet... i really miss the old days
It was more the acting quickly and quietly rather than the standard of player I would like to see juve do.

Hah! And barely a month ago, people on this forum were denying Man utd's spending ways.

Edit: 75 million euro's spent, and the transfer window hasn't even opened yet!
I was searching for this post. :D

Well this came as a surprise to me TBH, they usually splash some big bucks on one player per season, now they done so on 3.. Anyway it's not official from what I understand, but if it is great signings again from manure.
