Inter bid for Grygera Tuesday 9 January, 2007

Inter have made an offer for Ajax defender Zdenek Grygera, his representative has confirmed on Tuesday.
The Czech international is contracted with the Dutch giants until June and has been paired with a move to Italy at the end of the season, with Juventus one of his possible destinations.
“We have received an offer for Grygera from Inter,” said one of the player’s agents Tomas Klecka to the Czech newspaper CTK.
“It seems likely that Zdenek will leave Ajax this winter rather than at the end of the season, in order for his current club to collect some cash from his departure before his contract expires in June.
“I believe that a decision on this issue will be taken as early as next week,” concluded Klecka.
Grygera had recently admitted, via another agent, that Juventus were his first option – also because of fellow countryman Pavel Nedved’s presence in the Bianconeri side.
Bastards trying to steal a player we want.
