why is everyone wit this Giovinco guy, he plays 10 min in serie b and makes one great pass and all of a sudden he is god
he is not 'god', people are just excited by his talents just as they were when del piero played in primavera. he has also shone in the U21 national team so its not just 10min in serie b and one great pass.

sending him on loan and giving him chance to play, better than keeping him in juve where, we already trezeguet, del piero, palladino, and mayb bojinov, and mayb miccoli, and mayb some new other players, where he's nvr gonna hav decent chance to show and develop his potential.

Almiron on Juve trail

Sergio Almiron and Vincenzo Iaquinta could be announced as Juventus players over the next few days.

The deal for the Udinese striker has been known for some time and only details remain between the two clubs.

“In one, at the most two weeks, we will make official the signing of a major Italian champion,” said President Giovanni Cobolli Gigli.

Former Bianconeri boss Didier Deschamps also admitted as much just days before his departure, noting he had not requested nor required the services of Iaquinta.

New boss Claudio Ranieri is more enthusiastic about the arrival and is also close to capturing another Serie A star.

Empoli midfielder Almiron has been linked with Inter and Milan, but it looks as if Juventus have won the race for the Argentine talent.

It’s reported that a deal has been struck that would see Bianconeri youngsters Matteo Paro, Sebastian Giovinco and Rej Volpato loaned out to Empoli along with a cash bid.

p.s

IMO, the only youngsters that have to be in next year's team rotation are :
Marchisio, De Ceglie and Criscito.

Paro hasn't proven himself this year so i think he should experience football in a smaller club.
and about Giovinco, i'm sure the club knows his abilities better than us.
let him gain some playing time, mature a little and next year when hopefully we'll play CL, he'll become handy becuz he's very versatile (AMF, Winger,SS)
and can give some resting time to DP or neddy.

Paro was actually given a chance b4 Marchi...but all i hope is that Juve dont 4get about those 3 and sell them later on...we cannot waste them like Maresca Brighi esp. at this crucial time...

hmm Almiron could help us build a v.strong serie A
mid-table team:

Grygera - Boumsong - Criscito Chiellini

Salih - ALMIRON - Zanetti - Nedved

Iaquinta - Del Piero

I mean who would need Mavuba, Lampard, G Silva, Sissoko, Iniesta etc etc ?
surely not the team we r building.
Almiron is the right choice, the perfect fit for the team we r building...

why do we have to loan every "young" player out?? there are teams that play with 17 and 18 year old players. If I am not mistaken, Giovinco is not a kid, and he is matured enough to play first team football. Loaning him out, is just another waste of a young talent, just like we did it with Olivera and others too..
Olivera was given plenty of chances at juventus, ironically by Capello. He started out very well, but later he proved to be nothing special.
I agree about Giovinco though.

whatever man, this talents are so frickin delicate
Yes, this kinda backs up what i'm saying.

didnt almiron score a nice free kick against us one or two seasons ago.. haha
He sure did.

the best source for serie a football.
Erm.. not really. They just copy football news from other sites, a day later.

Anyway, i'd prefer to keep Giovinco. Loaning him out wouldn't be that disastrous though, as all in all he'd probably get little space at juve next season.

giovinco certainly has talent,he showed it with the primavera and the U21 where his one of the stars
but i think its too early for him to be playing consistently for juve in SerieA
a 1 year loan could be very usefull for him

its too early to form an opinion of giovinco at the moment but he does look impressive from the little i have seen maybe sending him on loan for a year is not such a bad idea, he'll certainly get more of a chance there and almiron is a pretty good signing, hes been very good for empoli, hopefully he'll be a rotation player... he isnt the world class signing we are all expecting
