I only saw him for Portugal at the Euros, but was impressed immensely. Of course he doesn't yet have the discipline and understanding of the game to be starting as a CM for top sides (how many 19yo have that, 0?), but those are things that can be taught. What he does have is immense talent and ball playing ability, that cannot be taught, he's like anti-Sturaro.

What's funny is that they hope other clubs would rebel toegether with them against PSG, and complain to UEFA if PSG steals Neymar from them. But hearing that:
