No way he ll get that clause removed..Gladbach r no Dortmund.

But u may be right with a move to EPL of course. If a club goes nuts again and offering ridiculous sums like 60m€ for example, then Bayern is out of the race, thats for sure. If the player wants Bayern only, then no bidding war is going to happen. Under normal circumstances I see him moving to Bayern.
Of course a player only wanting Bayern is normal circumstances for you :disagree: :p

Deal: Iturbe to Watford for €19.5m
By Football Italia staff

Juan Manuel Iturbe is heading to Watford on loan with option to buy, bringing Roma a total of €19.5m (£14.2m).

According to Sky Sport Italia, the deal has been done after a meeting today between Giallorossi director Walter Sabatini and Watford patron Giampaolo Pozzo.

Sabatini had already confirmed to reporters that they were “in negotiations” with Watford for the striker.

This evening Sky Sport Italia claim the deal has been struck.

Watford will take Iturbe on loan for six months at a cost of €1.5m (£1.1m).

There is also an option to buy at the end of the season already set at €18m (£13.1m).

That would bring the total cost of the operation to £14.2m.

The 22-year-old never quite made an impact at Roma after his €24.5m move from Hellas Verona in July 2014.

He had been all set to join Juventus, but pulled out of the move when Antonio Conte suddenly resigned as Coach.

Iturbe, a Paraguay international of Argentine descent, scored only five goals in 56 games for Roma in all competition.

He also provided five assists and received six yellow cards.

Who will be the next Roma keeper next summer?
- Sportiello?
- Perin? (Genoa goalkeeper Mattia Perin is “ready for a big club and Roma would be ideal,” said his agent.)
- Szczesny
- Sirigu

I think Sportiello and Sirigu are the beset price-quality options. Sportiello is really underrated imo, but we all know Roma and they will end up with Szczesny for 25 million or something

I remember when I thought stekenleburg was good. Glad I was wrong. If Roma want a good keeper they should pay up for Hugo Lloris, maybe they'll be spared a goal or two in their future european trashing :seven:
