FFP has been relaxed, therefore it allows City to overspend this summer. In United case though, they have the revenue to back them up plus don't be fooled by the expenses , United sold alot of players very well, infact their spending is lower than us when it you count the sales they made.

We shouldn't cry behind the FFP, its our onus to increase our revenue.

United spent a lot, but also sold a lot f.e. Di Maria for some big money, got rid of that ridiculous high Falcao contract and so on.
And maybe, the new TV deal also is taken into account for the FFP rules.
