He's obviously very talented, I liked him very much in roma. tottenham have just managed him terribly though, they did not give him enough chances, and when they did play him, he was played most of the time out of position. That's the problem when you buy players your manager doesn't need.

He put in fairly fantastic performances for two seasons in serie A, scoring loads for a such a young winger. He's just another player struggling in a new venue that doesnt suit him, happens all the time. Doesnt mean he is less of a player for it. Was pretty much the best at what he does in his position in the league (very opportunistic and effective mofo). Him flopping is very good opportunity for us.

He was effective and fantastic in a team that attacked with 10 players all the time and payed little to no attention on actual defending. He'd need to put in good defensive shift if brought here, but he's not the type of player we'd ever be interested in, so discussion of his arrival is futile. I'm pretty sure there are videos of Crouch and Heskey that make them look like fantastic players, but fortunately our mgt has different criteria.
