Official: Mignolet completes Liverpool switch. Great transfer for them. These couple of last seasons has been excellent for him, saved Sunderland's ass countless of times.

why will they regret it? its not like he doesnt fit chelsea, pl or is unproven.
I can see him flopping there. PL pace is "much" faster than serie A, and Cavani's ball control while running is quite poor. He won't find the time and freedom that he's having in Italy. Plus he's been the "perfect" player for Napoli's counter attacks. In Chelsea, he'll need to adapt to a totally different game play.

Watched many games for him with the Uruguayan NT and honestly am not impressed.

You have a bit of a point IMO. But Cavani has two things that help a player to NOT flop. That being immense determination and pure finishing.

Where as someone like Torres flopped because he was lazy and couldn't hit the ocean with one of his shots.

His biggest asset nodoubt is he's determination and Extreme hard working. If that gonna help him there :boh: , I guess we'll have wait and see..

I like this transfer. Saves us the trouble of having to scramble for a replacement if Reina does leave at the end of the summer. If he stays, it won't be for more than the next season.:agree:
