i thought that fart was retiring?
Dude don't call him a fart, one of the best coaches imo. Really love the way he sets up his teams (dude got friggin Australia to the WC knock-outs)

Nah, Russian media suggested that he would sign a one year extension with Anzhi but it still hasn't happened. His contract is ending and it seems like he wants out

So if you own a business and decide that you will only hire local people to benefit community it's discrimination?
Not unless the community has some set of genetic standards you need to fulfill in order to live there. You don't have to be Basque to live in Bilbao, you have to be Basque - or part Basque - to play for the team.

And Russian NT kicked Holland's ass out of Euros in 2008. He is a good coach.

Yes they required basque ancestors before now they relaxed a bit. Still far fetched to call it discrimination and certainly not racism. Nema tu rasizma;) :D

would you call it tradition if i owned a restaurant and only allowed in white people?
It's not like they let in only Basque fans in the stadium. The better analogy imo would be:
Would you call it racism if a Basque-food restaurant hired only Basque chefs? I wouldn't be surprised if some Chinese restaurants hired only native chefs, in fact I think most of them function that way even if they don't write it in the job description.
Most of the persons going to the restaurant expect a native chef, just like Athletic Bilbao fans expect a team representing their region. The reason behind it is a unique and successful football brand that's been working for years not racism.

your analogy is worse, football is not a basque trade that 90% of those who master it happen to be basque, as a matter of fact they're not that good. Since you lacked imagination with my example, it would be a restaurant only employing white staff and publicly advertising that they wont hire anyone unless they are white; racist enough for you?

my analogy is fine, football is just as much a "basque trade" as food is, probably even more.
so Athletic Bilbao are not hiring foreign players because their coach and transfer manager are racists?
