Milan should sign more Vidal type of midfielders and Tevez. Ibra needs someone who runs his ass off next to him because he doesn't like to run at all. Give them a midfield that wins the battle and they'd have a good chance of going far in the champions League.

So fame has become the criterion now for doing an important job. Not so sure i agree with that logic. I'm pretty sure, coaches have so many people that do a lot of work behind the scenes that are not necessarily known to the average fan.

everyone should be doing an important job, if teh job is not important it will certainly stop being one. theres a big difference between fame and recognition and the fact is this scout presents maybe 100 of prospects that the SD picks maybe 1 out of. If he was the sort of scout to constantly be out there discovering WC players, you would definitely know his name.
The fact is udinese has their own way fo doing things that cant and wont work in a club like inter so even if we were to assume this scout was in any way in a place where he can make decisions to sign soemone or not, most relatively unknown players will choose to play for a club like udinese still which offers them teh chance to play if they show enough promise.
