I meant it's nuts he's going to that team, not the money. He's destined for a great team, not russian oil money.
:agree:

money is nice, especially for people from less fortunate circumstances. but why on earth would you wanna play football in anzhi (moscow most of the time)?

oh well..

I don't like this too, but i can understand it. Shakthar - club in Ukraine who owner is a very rich guy - buyed him for 14 mln euros from Corinthians, trust him all the time, and made him a world class footballer. It all happend in Ukraine, eastern country. He was there for almost 6 years. He trusted Donetsk project, why wouldn't he belief in Makhachkala project? BTW, he was mainly linked with Chelsea, so Abramovich (russian oil money) :D

he ll do good there
Dull player, limited as fuck. We'll see, but he was always pretty crap whenever I saw him play.

Moggi called him the new Camoranesi :seven:
Yeah that was funny. I was excited when I heard about his hype but when I saw him play I was more like :shifty:

New Camo my ass, that guy doesn't have 2% of the technique our boy had.

Just read Becks will play for PSG for free. Actually 100% of his salary will go to children in need in Paris, some foundation I think.

Brilliant PR. Question is how much money he'll take off the books :p

Arsenal are trying to buy Nacho Monreal of Malaga. -BBC

Would be an upgrade if they do, let's hope they don't.

In other news Roma keeper Martin Stekelenburg was told he was joining Fulham. Halfway between Rome and Fulham, Roma decide not to sell... Dubious.
