It’s a fair point and I am not denying this. But if you keep on doing stupid things, it’s way to easy for those people to discover it and blame you in front of everyone. So Juventus isn’t helping it’s own cause here. This club and its management should finally switch their attention back to football.

As far as I can tell, only the initial investigation would be league specific and then they would turn their findings over to whatever league he is currently playing in and the EPL would go from there. There's an agreement between leagues to stop players from avoiding punishment on things like this. Just like Pogba taking performance enhancers. He wouldn't just get punished in Italy and be able to go play in France or England.
