If Fagioli stays then at least there is still some hope.

Also his agent has to be an moron just assuming what might happen when there is nothing clear yet, should have probably waited before going to the press criticizing Juve and creating bad publicity around the club when a final decision was not made yet, i’m sure many people around the club are not very pleased with him after those comments and hope that will not affect Fagioli’s overall chances...

Either Allegri said that Fagioli will likely stay just to make his agent look like a fool or otherwise that guy has to be one heck of an agent for putting the pressure on Juve to keep his player. Wonder which one it is.

Renewing youngsters and loaning them out while they expect to stay doesn’t look good for club’s reputation with others talents. We already did this with Dragusin once and he was reportedly very unhappy. We should be careful not to make it a habit.

Dragusin i’m afraid is a jabroni and so is his agent, both are midtable club potential at best and Juve did not want to lose him for nothing after developing him, i really wouldn’t read too much into the two cases which are very different, at least Fagioli has a Serie B young player of the season award and based on all reports and rumors he was/is/will still be in our plans regardless if he would have went another year on a dry loan due to the overcrowding in our midfield, which not the same could be said about Dragusin.

Plus i’m pretty sure mediocre players with agents that have an attitude or thinks of their player as a superstar when they are far from it tend to be played around by top clubs more often then we’d like to believe.

Jabroni or not he must’ve been promised something that he signed his renewal. Cases and level of talent are obviously different and so maybe are expectations. I don’t think Dragusin expected to be shipped to Serie B one season after signing his renewal with Juve.

From what his agent spoke in some of the romanian pundits shows here(comes on via phone every now and then as he represents other players too) he was asked about this situation and he was very much aware from the beginning of Dragusin’s chances of being loaned out, just would have preferred to be a loan to Serie A instead, also both him and the player got plenty of financial guarantees to make sure it’s a lucrative deal for them regardless.

I get your point tho, this should probably not be the norm, but as we both mentioned before there are different levels to it and this here is one of them.
