If he was a good enough player surely someone better than Cremonese would have offered to take him on loan without us being strong armed into giving an option to buy. Plenty of clubs are broke no? Surely they could have used a free midfielder for a season?

Maybe he just isn't that great.
Maybe we sent him somewhere we thought he would play often. Also isn't Cremonese's coach a former Juve U23 coach who worked with Fagioli?

Oh yeah, and maybe he isn't that good. We should've probably figured that out by now though, with all the time he spent in the youth teams and first team.

Well it does seem like coaches prefer Rabiot and Bentancur to giving him any minutes so...

they sent him there because they have his former coach managing and to get playing time. other clubs have wanted him in the past, I’m sure they could’ve sold him if that was the goal. It’s not that complex. You thinking he’s not good enough to be sold was a good joke though.

I mean, if he's not good enough - sell or give away. Why bother to keep on our books?

If he is good enough - give him chances here at Juve. Right now we only have Locatelli as a "regista" until Arthur returns. Surely he can get a few games between now and January.
