McKennie doesn't have the level to demand to be a full time starter. He is good to rotate, and to fill in wide like today. Cambiaso was playing centrally with Fagioli for much of the match, even before the switch of McKenie to RB.

This is exactly what you need in away from home in Europe. He eased the pressure so many times by taking the ball in under pressure and playing a sensible pass to find someone in space. He found space really well too to get on the ball.
