Most likely he will be nothing more than a backup this season, seems off pace and in poor form ever since returning from his suspension, basically a shadow of the player from two seasons ago…

Still think he’ll get plenty of minutes though, hopefully will slowly improve as he can cover all midfield roles.

He was pretty mediocre then too.

All things considered he's probably the level of a back up player in a mid table Serie A team. His stats sure say so.
