Fagioli is really good at making passes that are easy to recieve; hardly any bounce. It's an underappreciated skill, but very appreciated when you have a squad full of jabronis that couldnt be trusted to make a simple pass if their lives depended on it.
Makes a huge difference from having Arthur and McKennie who would often hit a pass either too slow or behind the player causing them to check back and stop the momentum of a move.

Will be better than Modric. Wait and see.

Imo, Fagioli was the man of the match tonight. Brilliant display. And brilliant assist for Di Maria's tap-in for the first goal. The assist was 99% of that goal.

This is true, though.
But I can't wait for Pogba to be back.

A couple minutes? He’s played in 16 of the 17 matches we’ve had since October 29th. He started 11 of those 17 matches. Just under 1000 minutes in that period.

He’s hardly been rotting on the bench.
he has been benching him a lot in the last games. In fact is almost always his first sub.

In what kind of mind you sub your best mid at 60 min?

Based on what? Your imagination? He’s started 6 of our last 9 matches. He’s come off the bench in 3 matches in Serie A because we’ve been playing 2 matches a week. He started all 4 of our midweek matches over the last month.

Yeah. Let’s burn Fagioli out and get him injured due to muscle fatigue, etc, by playing him twice a week for a few months through the winter. Sounds like a great idea. A Fagioli who generally looks exhausted in the latter stages of games while playing once a week.

And we all know who will be the first to whine and bitch if he gets injured. Lol

Most of all brings fluidity to our game, creates chances and makes assists.

Keep up the good work kid.

Just proves how wrong we were to bring in washed up geezers in midfield for years. No wonder we haven't been close to winning Scudetto for 3 years now.

He is the link between midfield and attack we've needed for a while.

He also runs a lot and helps his friends.

His head movement and triangulation open up so much space for our attacking players @JCK @Lion
