Schwarzenegger also pointed out the brutality of the crimes, noting that Williams allegedly said about one of the killings, ``You should have heard the way he sounded when I shot him.'' According to the governor's account, Williams then made a growling noise and laughed for five to six minutes.
he killed 4 innocent people, and he laughed about one of the victims gurgling as they were dying

this guy deserves NO mercy !!!

    Agreed....

P.S. Vinni and Andy..you guys are too harsh on Capello. He may not take you to the CL (who knows) but there are FEW weaknesses in the team right now granted the game is not spectacular ... still!!!

the few weaknesses in the team can be attributed to Moggi, making the best possible moves (granted, Blasi is a flop....how I would like Tacchi back !!)

you said it yourself, giving the facts of what he did at Milan in the CL

We may be somewhat harsh, however it's for good reason in my opinion. Some people here love how we put minimum effort into matches to gain the maximum result, and while this method is working in our quest for the Scudetto I'm not exactly a fan of it. Minus the match over the weekend, we never really play entirely well against some of the smaller teams in Italy we should be convincing against...only chugging along, grabbing a few efficient goals without creating many chances, and taking points that in some ways we were lucky to get. The fact we were totally outclassed by Milan and outplayed by Bayern over the two matches is a worrying proposition for me...we seem to not look convincing against the bigger sides, and this is perhaps due to how we always play with minimum input. As soon as the more important matches come along we are unable to elevate our play and rely on our efficient forwards to get the job done and our rock solid defense to stiffle our classy opponents.

It would not be so much of an issue for me if we actually played decently in the matches we lost...but we didn't. We were totally outclassed by the opposition and when the bigger matches in Europe come around we will perhaps be unable to elevate our play against the likes of Chelsea or Barcelona, thus ending our quest for the one trophy that keeps escaping us. The Scudetto is an awesome achievement indeed, however for a club like Juventus you always want to get the European monkey off your back..

This is why posters such as myself and Vinni are always looking at the performances, not just the results. Of course we are happy we are winning in Serie A, however you have to look ahead and not rely on scrappy performances all the time to win you trophies, especially the Champions League. The fact we always have to use this antiquated 4-4-2 lineup and never change our tactical influence over matches is worrying for me...the teams that do well in Europe nowadays know how to adapt before and during matches to fit their respective opponents, while for Capello we always play the same way every single time. This goes hand in hand with your descprition of the man we know as Cap.

Or as Vinni calls him, Crap. :D

So should Tookie Williams live or die?
Don't know. It is not for Padovano to decide whether anybody should live or die, and it certainly should not be left for a government to decide.

Will Williams be executed? That depends on what a Hollywood Action Hero decides. Democracy, Freedom, Liberty, Civilization . . . all illusions crammed down our throats since kindergarten. Still wonder why Tim McVeigh broke bad?

That said, Capello is still a better manager than Ancelotti and that's all that matters at this point in time. Same can be said about Juventus and Milan respectively. ;)

I know it's a cliche, but two wrongs do not equal a right. Neither does five wrongs for that matter.

But then on the other hand you have the victim's family who has suffered all these years, and want this situation to be resolved. I can honestly see why they would want to revenge the death of their loved ones.

Please try to formulate your own opinions and thoughts...I think anyone can go on a Milan fan site and copy/paste the point of view of others and then pass them off as their own.

By the way, I also didn't appreciate it when you copy/pasted my comments and passed them off as your own on a significant Milan site.
If you browse through the forum again you see similar comments from myself. That comment was my own.

And my sincere apologies, I did not intend for the comment to be from me. Perhaps I should've quoted it instead.

Pado, I just bought a pair of Nine West heels. Very nice, if I say so myself

Of course. But there are other ways.

For example, a few years ago, a Sheriff's Deputy and a State Trooper were shot to death during a traffic stop on I-95 in Fayetteville ( 50 minutes South of here). The killers, the Golphen brothers ran into the woods pursued by a shitload of cops. Guess what? The cops came out with the two brothers alive!! The two fookers should not have made it out of the woods. Don't leave that shit to the courts and the governor.

I think he meant that a man's life ought not be decided by a man who acts merely on poll movement. Why do we then bother with juries, writs, laws ... etc when the "terminator" gets to have the last saying; pretty messed up any which way you look at it.

    True.

If somebody kills my family member, I don't want the courts to sentence him to death. I want to ask the judge to lock me in a cage with the guy for 10 minutes and be done. :agree:

and who is to make that decision? you're contradicting yourself there. If anything that incident is a laud to a system failing in credibility.
