'Worst in Serie A' - AC Milan striker Christian Vieri has been voted the worst footballer in Serie A to win the 2005 Golden Flop award. The 32-year-old striker was awarded the prize based on the votes of listeners to radio programme Catersport, which is produced by state broadcaster RAI.

Oooohh. That's got to hurt.

To call him the Legrottaglie of 2005 is a bit harsh, IMO. Even if the guy needs the football regulations to raise the goals about 2 meters off the ground for all his over-the-top misses.

Vieri deserved it though. After hearing Nick blabber on and on in the summer about how Milan has a talent for rescuing the careers of players including Pancaro, Seedorf, and others, this is rather amusing to see.

Touche, Bobo Rossonero.

Its easy access to anywhere, plus its a nice place, and of coursethere is another reason, but i wont mention that till its confirmed...

Anyway, its a place most suited to the group of people going, we dont mind travelling so if we need to go somewhere a bit further out its not a problem...

Right im off to the Bridge for what should be an entertaining evening
There's a nice casino there also.

Too bad your evening at the Bridge was disappointing.

Actually Andy, I expected Mourinho to push for a win to take the first spot. It seems his arrogance will backfire and will meet a strong opponent from the first spot. Personally I would like to clinch the first spot and meet the bastard and his men immediately.

You know what? I hope the CL Final will be between Liverpool-Chelsea, just so we can see more top class football and play with our donks for an entire 120 minutes.

Actually, why Liverpool and Chelsea, I can name you more teams that will show you such a display of entertainment.

Did you watch the Milan game tonight? Such a shame Schalke is not through, these guys play football, they play in a way that I have not seen in a long time.

Nah I had to watch the Chelsea match because that is the only match ESPN has the balls to broadcast. If they were not so biased they would have shown the Milan match easily because the English match was totally meaningless.

I really cannot think of two teams who have drawn 0-0 four straight times in a single competition. And yes, I still dont think the ball crossed the line..

I did not see the match, just the highlights...or better say the highlight. But the commentator said what happened, or in fact what did not happen.
