Well I can't believe it Seven but I actually agree with you here...the forum has deteriorated over the past few months and the continuous but archaic striker argument we have is absolutely ridiculous. It's also beyond me why people follow Capello around like a little dog and agree with him no matter what...then if you say something against him that is correct and makes sense you get bombarded with insults. Usually it's the same lot who support Zlatan no matter what that initiates the insults. However, you are seriously guilty in this respect as well, Seven. There is no denying that.

There never was and there never will be a just reason for banning me. I had some controversial opinions yes, but you guys call it "antagonising". So no, unlike most of you I dislike Capello and what he has done to our beloved Juventus. By now it should have been obvious that Zlatan is having a bad spell. Any other coach in the world would have given Del Piero the nod, but because Capello insists on being the bigger man than Del Piero, he won't let him play. One way or another Capello must prove the world he's right in not playing Del Piero. And that my friends will cost us in the end. Not because he refuses to play Del Piero, but because he's an egocentric and vain bastard.
Would I follow Del Piero if he went to Roma? I would. Why? Because ATM Del Piero is one of the only bright spots in this Juventus team. I simply refuse to cheer for a player of Zlatan's calibre, who still feels it's necessary to knock down opponents. Zlatan could have been the world's best by now, but instead he's acting like a little thug. Which is probably why Capello likes him so much.
As for this forum as a whole, I don't think anyone will deny that it has seriously deteriorated. It's filled with Zlatan lovers, Del Piero haters and Del Piero lovers now. Hell, even one of our moderators is a Zlatan lover. 90 percent of this forum is so blind they still follow Capello in his quest to prove his point. What the fvck is this about really?
Moderating has become a bitvh here as well. Does anyone remember how hard it was to get banned before Zlatan became a moderator? "Antagonising" is now actually a reason to ban people. Can you believe that? That's as much as saying people can't have certain opinions. Of course it's a great thing for you guys I got banned, but please think it through.
And sure, of course I got banned for insulting people, but what about Andy, Bürke and Nick I might ask? And like Shadowfax said, a post such as mine could be found a 100 times in any match thread.
As for the "you had it coming" argument, that's ridiculous as well. All of a sudden it's a fact "I had it coming". Where the hell does that come from? And Zlatan, I obviously deserve the right to be temporarily banned first. It's not because you haven't done so in the past, I can't get my chance now. That's a false reason. Saying I'm getting permanently banned because I re-registered two times is ludicrous as well. It's like kicking someone in the shins and then sueing him because he kicked back.
I sincerely hope some of the more educated members will keep on visiting this forum, but TBH it doesn't look very good.

1. Controversial opinions mean nothing to me, nor the other mods. We dont care what you say, rather how you say it. And please, your opinions werent as controversial or as rebbelious as you'd like to think, it's all been said before. You're anti Bush, and Iraqi occupation, etc, so what? Not like it hasnt been said several times before by other members, including myself. It's rather the way you approached it, completely without tact, saying the Twin Towers were ugly and unsafe, and basically like it was just a matter of time until something like this happened, and on 9/11 of all days. Tom has controversial opinions, he said the Pope was just a bloke, yet he doesnt seem to generate the same amount of attention you do. So no, it's not about your "controversial" opinions as you would like to think.
2. What does you hating Juventus have to do with your getting banned? There are dozens of members here that dont like Capello, yet I didnt ban them. Vinni is always the first to critisize him when something goes wrong, yet he isnt banned. Has nothing whatsoever to do with this.
3. So the forum is full of DP lvoers, DP haters and Zlatan lovers now, ay? Well, a newsflash: it was like that way before you joined. It was always like that, with the exception of Zlatan lovers, who took the place of Player X lovers. It has and will be like that, and yet again, that has nothing to do with this. There are tons of other DP lovers out there, and they arent banned, are they?
And besides, I do not know how you figure I'm a Zlatan lover. If it's because of the username, I'll just let you know that my first name is Zlatan. So no, this has nothing to do with the banning either.

Perhaps because the forum was completely unmoderated before Marty bought the site. martin stopped caring, Tom resigned, Torkel was never around, Mikhail was around less than he is now, DPForever hasnt been around in ages... so there was basically noone to ban people who deserved to get banned. I know the reasoning behind every single of my bannings, and please, try to find one person that was unfairly banned by me. Go on, name them. Who are the people I banned that didnt deserve to get banned?
5. Reregistering after being banned nullifies the entire post of banning. It would make no sense if we just let people re register and keep on with their business.

2. The very point of public warnings etc is to show new members that a certain type of behaviour is not tolerated. Like when Burke got banned, I told him that he would be permanenty banned if he reregistered, and I did it publicly so that others would know this as well. Has nothing to do with being powerhungry, and we dont throw around public warnings just for no reason. Public warnings have a reason.
3. Not once have I banned a member for personal reasons. Nick and I were always at eachothers throats yet he isnt banned. Fliakis hates me, and I dont particulary like him either, yet he isnt banned.
