Theres a very simple reason why a person wants their account deleted if they are too leave...
The forums servers hold personal details of said poster... \if a poster is no longer taking part in this forum then he does not wqant his details held on a non - secure site (eg. any vbulletin forum)...
Is that wrong... No company would refuse to delete a persons account at their request... No other forum ive ever known would refuse such a request... You cannot hold an individuals personal details without their permission in a non - secure location....
Not too mention the simple point that if a person is no longer part of this forum, why should their input be left here... some of which in many cases beneficiary to said forum... Why ?

A big difference between the 2... Those arguments were in select threads basically only containing those involved...
The last few days have seen fenner pictures in several threads... talking in turkish here tyhere and everywhere... An almost advert for the turkish tourist board all over the place... in all kinds of threads...
TYhreads being started by certain members in completely the wrong places and with missleading titles....
You ignore list certain members and you end up missing half the forum...
I didnt say they should be banned...

I didnt , I asked for my account to be deleted... Its not the same thing...
Pretty fvcking silly to ask for your account to be deleted if you are jus seeking attention...
Bearing in mind that you would no longer have an account... takes ,what 30 secs for a mod to delete your account...
Cant be sure about here... but other forums ive either modded on or been friendly with the mods of the case has been that the default setting if you delete an account is that that persons ip is then blocked ...
So whilst seeking attention... your account is removed and you are unable to re-register... Makes real sense that...

Dont remember posting about heavy handed police (maybe i did.. cant remember)... But so what if i did... am i not allowed to say scag eads deserve a beating... IMO they do... that has nothing to do with any of the virtues/ morals i hold high...
