Dan, is the hotel fully occupied? If so, there are charging too little for a room and need to raise the rates? If not fully occupied, what is the average occupancy rates? What were the yearly sales figures over the last three years? How do those numbers compare to the local competition? What is your theory of why the numbers have decreased or increased over that 3 year period? Why does the hotel across the street do so much more business? Unique marketing strategies you've thought of?

Speaking of unique marketing strategies, i have always thought of a brilliant advertising technique that hasnt been done before.

When one is waiting at the airport, simply get men as they load the baggage to stick stickers of advertising on peoples bags. A hotel can do this if people are looking for a place to stay.

As a lawyer, im relying on your to go file it legally as my idea. I can only pay you in Shoes however, but im sure that 3 pairs will cover your expenses.
