Houllier's Liverpool, Ranieri's Chelsea for the latter stages of the tourny, and especially Wenger were not very adept tactically IMO in the CL. Sir Alex is an exception and obviously won the trophy in 99. But from what I've seen this year from Mourinho and Benitez they are playing to their strengths, especially the Spaniard in making sure the defense is sound, albeit with a supposed "weaker" defenseline. Hell, if you don't believe me listen to Mourinho's press conference, he said it himself. I noticed the same thing too but obviously you won't take me serious.
