Im forbidding my wife from eating sushi during her pregnancy, but that's mainly because all that radioactive red tuna off the coast of Japan has to go somewhere, and by somewhere I mean China.

Thanks for the invite, but my hands will be tied. Not to mention that Swedish money is much less worthless than American money.

Pie Pie, is Buffon's brand of "Fascism" more repugnant than AC Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi's brand of . . . I don't know what to call it . . . "Conservative Hyper-Narcisism"?

Btw Giraudo will still show up at this and that other event, but he has all but vanished from Italy's managerial and media landscape. Last I heard he opened a consulting firm in London.

In that he at least shows more dignity than Moggi.

Last I heard, Giraudo was strapping a ton of C4 to his new bomber vest and walking into Telecom Italia. Still, that would only cause .00000001 % of the damage the Fascists have caused to Italia. As long as he doesn't hit the metro or the factory that makes the coffee cans, all will be fine.

It isn't. It's a pure product of it, though. The Nothing that keeps advancing. It's probably too late anyway, but that Italy really, really has to go now..
It explains why Gigi came so close to exchanging his White Stripes for red ones.

Hey Pado, guess how many of your co-staters have come to me since Im wearing this t-shirt :

It's those short socks that stop at shoe's height for minimal aestehtic impact.

I hope you can also appreciate all the extra junk in the trunk, courtesy of my new smoke-free life.

Plus 12 kilos in twenty-four months :numnum:

To folks on this side of the McPlanet, "Carolina" on a sky blue shirt means the University of North Carolina. The school of my lovely wife. So, to be sure to give equal advertising, I request that you wear the woolie cap of my North Carolina State University. It would be funny if said "Go Wolfpack" when those pesky Tar Heel fans start swarming you.

Meanwhile we inform the viewers that the referendum on the abrogation of the recent "legitimate impediment" law, allowing the Prime Minsiter of Italy not to attend trials due to his position, has passed.

Ninety-five point fifteen percent of the participants have expressed their desire to see said law repealed.

And tomorrow Parliament will debate the merits of the proposed "Legitimate Cocaine Trafficking" referendum, and the "Legitimate Underage Prostitution" referendum. It's not a crime as long as you place "Legitimate" in front.

You know, the immunity law would have put us on the same level as France, where Chirac could not be tried while in power. That is unacceptable.

Me, I voted YES to the abrogation of the legitimate impediment, NO to the privatization of water and YES to the resuming of nuclear energy.

95 + % of Italians voted NO to the last one, which shall put us on the same level as Greece in due time.

Little known fact of the day : it is not rare for Beijing cabs to refuse taking a pregnant woman on board.

I have not yet been able to determine whether this is for superstitious reasons (a landlord refused to rent us an apartment after he realized that my wife was pregnant, as it may bring bad luck), or simply because any unexpected extra responsibility usually sends your average Chinaman into full panic.

well known fact: see gucci thats my mothafuckin nigga i hang in the dale with them hitsquad killahs

and the cab will refuse service because the woman might accuse him of being the father, as for the landlord hes doing the whole building a favor, who wants to be the neighbor of a screaming monster who loves to ply his trade at all kinds of odd hours.

Good story. But the reason they refuse has to do if whether the baby is a girl or not. Nobody wants a post-partum abortion performed in the backseat of their cab (or in their apartment rental).

The Chinese have a tolerance to noise that is unparallelled anywhere in the Western wurld. I could be playing some of that umph tss umph tss you seem to enjoy at full volume, all night every night, and no one would complain.

The joke about fatherhood is as funny as a two-neuron buffone collecting busts of the Duce.

I've actually bothered reading the whole article and I fail to find a single element telling me anything new about Berlusca. From L'Aquila to the gaffes to the EP to CarFREGNA to the UN tables to Sabina Guzzanti, to the broad generalizations about Italians (a total surprise coming from an Anglo-saxist paper). Oh, and off the top of my head I can actually think of half a dozen words for "accountability" in Italian, too.

At any rate, I still fail to see the point you're trying to make with me.

What first sentence? That Gucci be yo muthafuckin nigga?
