I think I'm sticking to this place for a while cause I constantly get the urge to say things like "fuck juventus" and "al quaeda is for sissies".

But Al Qaeda is for sissies.

I think our government should start a program that looks at general flight risks and keeps everyone at a baseline. A good year without any terrorist explosions, and our government proactively blows up a few commuter planes out of the sky. Keeps security plans on the level. Keeps risk levels generally understood. The government even gets to claim responsibility like any other terrorist organization.

Take the middle man out of terrorism? Sounds like a winner to me.

It's amazing to me how our government keeps getting fooled not by complex schemes, but by the most low tech shit imaginable. Taking airplanes over with box cuters, bombs in shoes, bombs in clothing, and my favorite taking weapons onto a military base.

The US government always claimed responsibility for their terrorist actions. It wins elections.

Of course, if they started doing what you suggest, there'd be a scandal a few years down the road where wealthy people were paying to find out what planes were going up to avoid them. You'd get on a plane and if the first class was empty, you'd have to hijack the plane on the runway and demand that the plane not take off.

Funny how the government doesn't release footage of the supposed bomber and his helper while going through Amsterdam Airport, as passenger Kurt Haskell requests. He saw the Nigerian kid get help from a "sharply dressed" man going through customs, but the FBI says that isn't the case. Well, then why not release the tape and prove Haskell wrong?

The answer is obvious.

I am convinced this Juve team has what it takes to avoid relegation this season. If we can recover some of our injured players and maybe bring in some help in midfield, we might even be able to aim for the Inter-Toto Cup places in the table.

Perhaps Ciro Ferrara can take my words, put them through Babbelfish, and recite them tonight on Sportiva Dominica.

Hey, I think our Board finally figured out that the best way to beat expectations is to start by setting really low expectations.

Kinda like Starbucks' quarterly earnings.

Andy, there sure is a lot of cotton candy in that pic. BUT, here's boner killer for you:

Kuyt to Juve?
The agent of Liverpool striker Dirk Kuyt has played down conjecture over a possible move to Juventus for the Dutch ace.

Reports in Italy are speculating on which players would join Liverpool Coach Rafa Benitez if he moves to Italy as the new Coach of the Bianconeri.

“I know nothing of Juventus interest,” said Robert Jansen.

“No-one has contacted us at the moment. He is now happy at Liverpool where he has two more years of his contract left."

“The relationship with Benitez is excellent. If Dirk could follow Rafa when he becomes the next coach of Juventus ? I don't know. I cannot answer these questions now.”

Benitez bought the Dutch international forward for £9m from Feyenoord in the summer of 2006.
