Sheesh. I had a government security clearance in the distant past when I worked for a lab that, as the majority of its mission, did military research. I never heard of a "level 3".
It's people like this who make people who believe they'll score with 72 virgins once they blow themselves up seem pretty normal.

I was listening to a radio interview of a woman who survived the London underground bombings of 7/7/2005 and wrote about it -- and how she got ensnared with a bunch of people online who concluded that she was a fabricated persona who posted to a blog as any one of five different Mi5 agents. These agents were supposedly trying to cover up that the British government blew up the London underground as part of an accidental power cutoff.
It gets even better... these people also claimed that the people who got blown up on the bus line, since it's not connected to the underground, were hired actors who staged it to throw suspicion off the Mi5's accidental power cut to the subway.
Facts are that people get f*ed in the head no matter what walk of life.
I mean, think of documentary filmmaker Errol Morris and the whole Holocaust denial thing he got caught up in.
It gets even better... these people also claimed that the people who got blown up on the bus line, since it's not connected to the underground, were hired actors who staged it to throw suspicion off the Mi5's accidental power cut to the subway.

Some of the explanations for this stuff are highly ridiculous, especially the "Natural Causes" section. Farmers take a look at their cattle almost daily, so I'm pretty sure the guy would be able to spot a cow's missing anus.
But seriously, the most logical explanations for this shit is either cult/animal cruelty stuff or, unfortunately, alien conspiracy. The USDA or CDC doesn't need to roam around random farms to perform experiments on livestock; they can just raise the cattle themselves on their own farms. Makes no sense.
