So they started fighting with the cops, and so forth, and then they brought in their secret weapon... tankers driven by tractors.

What did those tankers contain? Cow manure. So those farmers had about two or three tractors with manure sprayers, spraying manure over the lines of riot police, making them fall back and run for their lives. Manure was everywhere.
