Well, there's one thing I've got to say to Roma:

YOU FUCKING IDOTS! EVERYONE knows English teams wil go in an all out attack the first 20 minutes. Yesterday I literally told my brother, who supports Roma, it would be 3-0 after 20 minutes. If I know this, Spalletti should know this as well. Fucking ridiculous. And don't tell me Roma isn't good enough to at least compete in the CL. They beat Lyon FFS. No need to crumble like this.
How does this merit a warning? 4 points FFS.

Right! One is your foul mouth and the other is a true criminal prosecution currently in the news, dumbass:

No retrial for footwear fetishist

A man who stole women's shoes to feed his "sexual obsession" will not face a retrial on a sexual assault charge.
Omar Abd-el-Gowd, 26, of Stillness Road, Honor Oak Park, south-east London, admitted eight robberies.

But jurors at Inner London Crown Court failed to reach a verdict last week on a charge of sexual assault.

The Crown Prosecution Service said it was not in the public interest to proceed with the retrial. Abd-el-Gowd is due to be sentenced at a later date.

Irresistibly attracted

A spokeswoman for the Crown Prosecution Service said the decision not to re-try the case was taken "having discussed the matter with the complainant and taking into account all the circumstances".

During the trial the court heard Abd-el-Gowd's foot fetish began when he was staying with his father one Christmas at the age of 12.

He found himself irresistibly attracted to a pair of shoes belonging to a female house guest and took them to his bedroom whenever he could.

As he grew older his desire for women's shoes increasingly dominated his life and became stronger when he moved from Stockton-on-Tees in north-east England to London.

Lifting up feet

He also told police that he got more of a rush by taking them while they were still being worn.

He would approach victims from behind before quickly lifting up one of their feet and fleeing with one of their shoes, the court heard.

It was claimed on one occasion he "sexually caressed" the calf and ankle of one of his victim's.

Abd-el-Gowd told the court: "I wasn't sexually interested in her, it was her shoes".

The case will next be heard at the same court on 18 April.

This guy is the coolest.

And I thought London was a civilized city where a man could fap any shoe he wanted, as long as he bought it dinner.

Shoe robber in year-long campaign

A man carried out a year-long robbery spree stealing women's shoes to feed his "sexual obsession", a court heard.
Omar Abd-el-Gowd's foot fetish, which began when he was 12, grew stronger when he moved from Stockton-on-Tees in north-east England to London.

"Fashionable" shoes were more common in London, Inner London Crown Court heard.

Abd-el-Gowd, 26, from Honor Oak Park, south-east London, admits eight counts of robbery but denies one count of sexual assault - the trial continues.

The court heard that the mechanical engineer's fascination had caused problems in his love life because he was more interested in what his dates had on their feet than anything else.

Well practised

Prosecutor Toby Fitzgerald said: "Although he was sexually attracted to women and had had a sexual relationship with a girlfriend as recently as November 2005, his past relationships with women had been somewhat complicated by the fact that he would find a particular girlfriend's shoes more sexually attractive than the girl herself."

Abd-el-Gowd told police he had not only spent years stealing shoes but, after moving to London, he found he got more of a rush by taking them while they were still being worn.

Jurors heard how one woman was allegedly targeted by Abd-el-Gowd on her way home from a south-east London railway station.

She said: "When I got to my home, opened the front gate and stepped onto the path with my right leg, as I went to bring my other leg up to walk into the house someone grabbed hold of me around my waist and I was bent slightly forward.

"The move down my calf was not as firm as the grip to my ankle. It didn't hurt me and was not aggressive in any way. It was well practised. It was swift and quick and seemed as if he had done it before."

The trial, expected to last three days, was adjourned to tomorrow.

the yanks are truly paranoid about being sued, aren't they? look at
this guy's resume:

http://jim.barr.net/resume/JimResume.htm

I thought it was the run of the mill resume at first, but then I saw
he wrote somewhere "I was rooted in the Chicago area" so I thought
well your resume totally gives that away, and then I looked at it
again... no company names, no addresses, no places. just descriptions
of what he did. hell, I can write that on mine with all sorts of made
up jobs and skills, if there's no reference to check. why would you
believe any of this at all?

and what bad could possibly come from saying "I worked for company X"
*after* you quit? It's not like you're divulging sensitive
information, you're only mentioning the name of the company!

It's going to be 28°C in Antwerp this Sunday. Now I know this whole climate thing is supposed to be going slow and that we shouldn't notice too much right away, but this is hardly to be considered normal. I mean, 28° that's not early spring anymore, now is it?

Don't bitch about the moderation, Seven, when you told Nick and me not to complain when we were banned.
He's always like this, he asks not to bitch and moan about moderation, yet he's doing it... he pretends to be/look cool. He called me names just because I defended Burke a week ago.

Not to also mention that he keep on saying that this is only a forum and all these bullshits yet when he's banned he register as another user (or god knows, maybe thats his imaginary brother) oh well.

That is inspiration. Pado, I expect you to chair his American legal defense fund by this afternoon. Or at least one for yourself.

Here in oh-so-sensitive San Francisco, this news makes my head roll -- with thoughts of SF city workers being paid relocation expenses to live closer to downtown for greater access to high-fashion women's footwear -- as a self-expression of their sexual identity. (We do fund gender switches as part of basic health care plans afterall.)

Prosecutor Toby Fitzgerald said: "Although he was sexually attracted to women and had had a sexual relationship with a girlfriend as recently as November 2005
Don Bes!!! You sonofagun... :cheesy: Who knew you were a closet footwear freak? :D

I think I am going to kill myself.
Tough break, Burke. And all from a club that should have never been allowed in the tournament this year to begin with. Thank you, Calciopoli. I feel much more safe now that the corrupt criminals of calcio are off the streets and so strongly deterred from future shady dealings.

And it wouldn't be complete to come back from a couple days without saying...
welcome back andy:cheesy:

Ancelotti sees 2007 'Year of the Donkey'

APRIL 12, 2007 - Munich - "We are one step closer to awarding this Champions League trophy this year to its rightful heir," said AC Milan skipper, Carlo Ancelotti, after their decisive 2-0 win last night at the Fußball Arena München. "Ever since I was a boy, I've been a huge fan of Chievo Verona. And with each round we advance I am encouraged that we just might win one for the great Fabio Moro. My eyes will well up with tears once we can raise the trophy for Mussi Volanti everywhere."
