It turned out to be a pretty cool restaurant, btw. Here in SF, there's so much competition for food that we don't just have "Italian" restaurants. They have to specialize by region. We have Campania at A-16, Ligurian down the road at Valentina's, Sardegna at La Ciccia a couple blocks down from my house, and Perbacco I learned is Piemonte -- which suits a juventino just fine.

I swear, there are so many juventini in the food industry here on the Left Coast. The sommelier of Perbacco, who is from Padova mind you (making him a Padovano, even if his father is a laziale), turned out to be a big juventino. He stopped me when he caught my Juve warm-up jacket as we were leaving the place. And yes, we bitched about Albinoleffe, talked about getting back in Serie A, etc. It was the classic "separated at birth brothers" experience.

Being a juventino has opened more closed bars for me, has given me access to the kitchen of fine restaurants, etc...

This explains his frequent threats to call the department of homeland security :howler:

and my personal favorite; the one that paints the perfect picture of Incubo...except I would throw in "Living in Italy as a pretender"
Whoa you really have to pay attention around here. You wake up and there's a whole new vendetta going on..

Help. Per Favore:

I need to buy a 12" vinyl of "La Bouche - Be My Lover" and I need it by next monday. I only found one on the internet but the soonest it could be shipped was 3 weeks. Anybody have a dusty copy from 1995 lying around that they want to give away for 20$ ? :D

You know full-well what I mean by that, Martin. Banning people for 45-days merely due to the offense of posting offtopic is taking things way too seriously. Now, if our beloved moderator would have simply issued a warning like he was supposed to do, this whole dispute regarding Nick, me and others would have been avoided. You're arguing the extremes here and it's not making a ton of sense... I might have not taken things seriously as a mod, however I did not unfairly hinder anyone from posting nor did I make a stink about my actions. The line is therefore drawn where one's personal gain from an experiance reaches a maximum without taking any pleasure away from another consumer. Think of it as a weird sense of pareto efficiency.
I got two points for creating a thread. Last time I try to do a good turn for someone.

I was only born in 1990 so I kind of missed that era, though it's definitely one of my favorite to look back on. (along with the 80s) I can't find one from a "reliable" online store at all

I would've thought they'd be everywhere

Don't criticize others' linguistic errors when you make similar errors...
I don't make similar errors. There's a difference between making the occasional spelling error or using a word that isn't completely right and writing sentences like "me likes you".

The problem is that the most "out there" member in the "Do You Believe in God?" thread was Alexander, and his sentences were nothing like that ;)
