however, andy you were going to be banned anyway it was decided that letting burke use your account was counter-productive and trendered his bnning worthless,the fact that you did it s blatantly just made it an easy decision.
we all agree to teh rules when we sign in, there should eb no-one above the rules, no-one who can do whatever the hell they like without worrying about the consequences and there certainly should be no-one above moderation/warning/banning.

see burke i know you dont mean it personaly but what exactly is it that gets you riled at me being a mod?is it because you think that you didnt get a moderator spot because you had a jokey burke for mod campaign. did it annoy you that even though several guys put boz for mod in their sig and i ran with it, again as a joke but later was offered a moderator spot?
the simple truth is that while you continue to insult peoples religions, beliefs, etc to teh degree you do then it would be insane to make you a mod. i enjoy your posts, i like you as a guy, but you as a mod it would be like handing a child an AK-47, putting a blindfold on them and putting them in a room full of puppies.
for example you continue to insult rebels beliefs, culture,religion. now i dont think rebels viewpoint is correct on this he is generally a nice guy. when you come out with suicide bomb,hezbollah jokes you are not only insulting him but a large portion of the forum.
if someonecalled all americans fat.lazy,nascar watching,dungaree wearing,banjo playing rednecks i am pretty sure he would piss off all teh americans on the forum.
or if someone said all scotsmen were skirt wearing,kaber tssing, claymore swinging,ginger haggis hunters...........well maybe me and another 2 people would be pissed but you get my point.
i mean by all means use humour, i take the piss out of myself as often as slagging someone without making it personal. for example juve_red keeps having a go at me for my support of hearts. i called him a sheep shagger, though it should be known i lived in aberdeen for 5 years, my grandad lives there along with 2 aunties 1 uncle a afew cousins, so let me tell you that the saying "mutton dressed as lamb" takes on a whole new meaning there.
at the end of teh day burke, you are a great poster, a funny guy, an absolute riot but no-one in their right mind would make you a mod....sorry
