Just read an article in the New York Times about yet another attempt to introduce a Dollar coin (should be good) and it made me wonder if Americans find it easy to handle all those notes since they look so similar. Green+president. I would probably get confused and lose money over it

Ours do too. I don't know why, but like 15 years ago when they introduced new coins, suddenly they made them with holes. Before that it was only the Danish weirdos, but someone must have thought that was an amazing idea and just had to rip it off.
