Isn't the general consensus among teenagers that criticising authority of any kind is cool?

It's what made highschool alright for me. Without that knowledge it would have been unbearable to go to school every day. All I did was annoy teachers, get the class to support me, tell the head he was a dictator, make sure I got grades that would allow me to pass classes ASAP and sit back and enjoy the ride.

Thing is I was usually right in offending "the authorities" and pretty funny at doing so. I guess it makes a difference if you're not a complete idiot.
