Juve to C, Milan to B
Public prosecutor Palazzi has stated his claims in the Italian fraude trial. He will fight to have Juve relegated to Serie C, where they will start the season with a 6 point deduction. The Bianconeri would also lose their last 2 titles. AC Milan, Lazio Roma and Fiorentina would be relegated to Serie B, with a point deduction of 3, 15 and 15 respectively.
Luciano Moggi (Juventus), Antonio Giraudo (Juventus), Claudio Lotito (Lazio), Franco Carraro (Italian FA) and Massimo de Santis (Refereeing Association) are facing five years in jail. Adriano Galliani (Milan) two years.

So a clear distinction between Juve and the other clubs/persons involved. That's only fair.
Serie C with a 6 point deduction is harsh though...
