its not fixed, the fool rules have been changed. Referees give yellow card more easily and same with red cards, its for the discipline of the game. like trinidad-sweden game, defender or who it was, got a yellow before, and then he made a bad fool and ref didnt had other chanse. I mean WHY, why would fifa/uefa help sweden, yes we saw in the end that sweden still didnt win, but why sweden, ok i can understand germany, because they are the hosts.

I never liked teams that bought their way into the 2nd round.

This was complete and utter robbery. A disgrace that has made it all the more clear that this WC, just like any other competition of probably the last five years, is a scam.

Three clear cut penalties FFS. Bouhlarouz can do whatever he want to Aruna Dindane, all the referee will do is threaten Aruna with a yellow. And how on earth do you manage not to give a penalty for what Van Bommel did to Eboué? Insane.
Dindane dragged himself down in that incident, no question about that.. In fact, he could've awarded a freekick to Boulahrouz, as well.; Referee was right on that one.. ;)

I forgot. You're completely right, they changed the rules. I'm such a moron. Nowadays it's a straight red and a penalty if a forward doesn't manage to score on his own. My mistake.

Nope. Dindane sat on his knees, tried to get up and Boulahrouz punched him down. Penalty.

So what you're saying is that it's pretty damn smart to watch and hide from the fact it's fixed. You sir, are a joke. You could might as well watch those catch fights.
well what can i do about it, if it is fixed? go to uefa/fifa headcorter with a sign where is written: down fifa?

thanks for the compliment

its just all in the mind dude...........
don't lose your cool there.........
you can't be 100% sure that its fixed.........
just like the refs........they can't be 100% sure that their calls are correct neither
and that includes the pressures and the responsibilities on them
it makes their tasks even harder
there are laws and there are rules........we all respect them
FIFA respect them
just take a look at Juventus, match fixing? they've got what they deserved in the end
and like Stephan said, there's absolutely no reasons for certain matches to be fixed

I am 100% sure that the following games were fixed:

Italy-South Korea
Spain-South Korea
Spain-Ukraine
The Netherlands-Ivory Coast.

Yes, Juventus got what they deserved in the end. And guess what, every single match they're talking about was deemed suspicious by me months before this came out.

In the end, Netherlands take the win, Ivory Coast take nothing.. No going back now ;)

Ivory coast battled bravely, and I must say, it's bad luck that they've, first of all, been drawn into such a group, and secondly, not to win any of their first two matches..

Czechs to face Ghana without key strikers
by Reuters

Czech Republic striker Milan Baros will miss Saturday's Group E game against Ghana and there are fears he may not play at the FIFA World Cup™, doctors said on Wednesday.
"He will not play on Saturday," team doctor Petr Krejci told reporters, referring to the 24-year-old forward who has been struggling with a foot injury sustained in a 3 June friendly.

Baros's continued absence means coach Karel Bruckner's options up front are very limited with fellow striker Jan Koller already ruled out of the group games after straining his hamstring in Monday's 3-0 win over the United States.

Krejci cast doubt over Baros's participation in the tournament, saying Koller was more likely to recover sooner.

"We are not able to say whether he (Baros) will be able to play here in Germany," Krejci told Reuters after the news conference.

"The prognosis is better (for Koller)," he added. "Koller could play in the last 16 game."

Doctors had previously suggested Koller was more likely to be fit only for the quarter-final and an earlier return of the country's top goalscorer would be a boost for the team.

Koller himself also said the knock-out stages were a realistic target for his return.

"I could make the last 16, but it's up to my team to qualify," Koller said.

Baros Mystery
Doctors seem at a loss to explain Baros's injury and said a scan on Tuesday had shown he had fluid in his foot that they had previously not seen.

"Why this is, we don't know," Krejci said.

He said the team had brought in a specialist doctor from Cologne to assist with his recovery.

Baros, the top scorer in Euro 2004 where the Czechs reached the semi-finals, has missed most training sessions and even painkillers have not enabled him to finish their workouts. The only proper training he has been able to do is cycling.

The team are also without forward Vladimir Smicer, who pulled out of the squad through injury before the tournament.

Coach Bruckner insists there is enough strength in his squad to cope with the absence of three key forwards.

The pressure will be on the midfield to perform. Boasting the likes of Tomas Rosicky, who scored twice on Monday, as well as the talented Pavel Nedved, coping without first-choice strikers may not be such an impossible task.

Also in Group E are Italy, who beat Ghana 2-0 on Monday.

It's not bad luck.

They all sat around a table and decided to throw Ivory Coast out.

I remember more than two golden chances that they have squandered away to score a goal.. Now, had they put them in, bad/deliberate refereeing or not, they would've run away with the three points.. but they haven't, and I honestly think they have only themselves and bad luck to blame
