Couldnt agree less about paris... An incredibly boring city (especially at night), High mugging rates and incredibly aloof people.Follow that with the stark reality that when drifting off the tourist path its a dirty place with an awful problem with heroin abuse... Not my cup of tea at all

Brescia whilst a lovely place with friendly people is in reality indistinguishable from anyone of 50 odd other italian towns... (echo verona), Give me Genova, Reggio di calabria, Palermo, Foggia or como anytime...

Madrid and sevilla are in my view wonderful places, but barcelona is not... 10 years ago one of the greatest cities on earth now a tourist infected shadow of what it once was.

Budapest i'm undecided on.
