We are not going down to Serie B or C...

we just signed a mega-million dollar television deal, have other endorsements worth millions, and I'm sure everyone will see in the coming weeks that if Juve is guilty of these charges, than you can bet that other teams are involved as well

Now I don't know anything about economics, but are you sure that deal will stand? I mean, it's not something they could have known when they offered Juventus the deal, so the party of Juventus pretty much changed. Doesn't seem quite fair. And wouldn't there be a clause for such things either?

There would, yes: 99% of sponsors would easily walk away from the club in case of (double) relegation.

Seems like Lazio and Fiorentina are the two other clubs in big problems. Meanwhile it is said we more or less influenced 29 games in 2004/2005.
now this is interesting, as we all know fiorentina are not a club that would play ball with juve on any level, so this implicates that more and more clubs would be involved in this scandal. though i would like to see us getting our own house in order, there will be a massive inquiery later and i see the shit hitting the fan

the reports claim that Moggi saved Fiorentina last year, and he was the same reason they were batteling to stay at the same time

ahhh right i see
well whatever happens to us will be deserved, just a pity that moggi will find himself a nice cushy job elsewhere as htere will be many clubs looking to aquire his services. i agree with seven that it is our own mess and we need to sort ourselves oput but instead of calling for bannings of members we should lokm to enlighten them on the way things really are

seems I wasn't talking crap :faq1:

I am very glad that they are cleaning Calcio, I don't care who's invloved or not, punish everyone equally to their dirty works, make the Football clean!
of course they are trying to paint the delli valle brothers as victims turned co-conspiritors because moggi forced them to
we will see over the next weeks and months as calcio's dirty laundry gets washed in public just how bad the corrution is and all punishment should be equally harsh. this will do the game a massive benefit in the long term
**p.s. never said you were talking crap, just had not read that report yet**

wasn't directed to you man, it just when I asked the investigation to cover all the teams, they asked me to not point my finger to our competitors.

I am not Anti-Milan fan, but if the Calcio should be cleaned, then clean it in every area, and punish everyone is involved in this mess..

Bozi, I think you are getting it wrong. If Moggi is convicted of any wrongdoing, his career in football will be over, imo. I just can't see a club bringing him on, and maybe the federation or the courts will give him a lifetime ban --- if he is ever convicted of anything.

If he is guilty (seems he is), even that punishment is nothing at all, he deserves to go to jail, he caused millions of dollars of stealings.

I won't go in for this Moggi bashing. Look, if Luciano has committed every dirty act that he is rumored to have committed, and if he ultimately is the man who brought down Juventus, then what can we really say?

Did we love him for the last 12 years? Yes

Did we all celebrate the 6 (possibly 7) Scudetti? Yes

Did we all celebrate being crowned Champions of Eurpe and then the World in 1996? Hell yes.

Did we enjoy playing in 4 CL Finals and 1 UEFA Cup Final during the Moggi dynasty? Yes.

So . . . it's hard to just flip a switch and start bashing the "Founder of the Feast", so Moggi is still my guy.
