If there is no deadline, why did the Spanish FA have to get FIFA's approval to play the postponed Barcelona-Sevilla match after the final week of ties?

Because it's obviously not very fair if Barcelona play without their internationals. But there isn't a deadline as in "the competion has to be wrapped up by that date".

I'd like to Nick... But i wont... I am sick and tired of the uneducated and frankly fucking blind attitude of this forum when it comes to these scandals...
You know Paul, none of the regulars in this thread are attacking the media and calling all of these allegations absolute nonsense. In fact, every regular within this thread has their eyes open to it and are accepting the consequences.

I just think that those anti-Milan posts aren't helping us either. It really does disgust me. This is our problem atm and we need to solve it. We don't need to point at Milan.
I don't have aproblem with Milan at all, trust me I have a huge (clubs) hate list that Milan is not in it at all, but don't tell me Milan allways played clean, don't tell me that the refrees never helped Milan.

I am not one of those Anti-Milan fan type, what I am trying to say, that there is a lot of dirt and scandals in football, specifically Calcio. I saw many times how the poor small clubs abused by the refrees against the bigger clubs. are you denying that? don't tell me it's only a human mistake. Maybe Milan or other clubs are not as guilty as us, or maybe guiltier, I don't care, but I want these investigations on the other clubs too, everyone should be punished for their own dirty works..

i am sure that this is just the start of a major sweep through the records of many clubs that will show just how widespread corruption is in italian football. i would guess that most clubs have been guilty but at the moment we need to get our own house in order. for years we have knows that moggi's dealings were in a grey area between legal anmd morally ecceptable limits, now it has come and bit us on our ass and we should worry about cleaning up oyur own act before we look at anyone else

Well, at least the bright side of all of this is that we should be ridding ourselves of Fabio Capello this summer, whether it be we are competing in Serie A, Serie B, or Serie C.

Hey, Andy. You might want to towel the corner of your mouth there. You still have a little vomit showing.

:p

There are talks of postponing the game, which isn't a smart move IMO.
I also keep hearing talk of the league just abandoning the scudetto race all together and calling the season invalid. But this would be after extensive investigation, of course.

I am back, anyone missed me?

Shame what is happening with the team. I am not very much in the spotlight as my only source of news was in Italian for the past days, but from what I understood of it, it is not good and it makes me feel shy.

Of course! Cheers, Jeeks. :pint: You may have just witnessed Juve's last match in Serie A for a long time.

Say... if Juve goes Serie C, I think Marty should be able to buy juventus.com and we take it over!

The game was indeed a great game, the whole day was wonderful and I am happy I was there.

I am even happy for the Barbaresco and Langhe bottles I got.

Hey Jeeks! I'm happy you enjoyed the game.

Sorry for not having replied your PM, I was going to, but then I forgot and next thing I knew, I was at the kick off.
Anyway, I arrived in Torino like 5 minutes before the kick off, so we couldn't have eaten a Focaccia together outside the stadium....

Where were you seated? I was in Est2, and had a great time. First time in Delle Alpi, and really, I liked it.

I posted some pics in Multimedia
