Martin, what do you think of the (clearly Mercedes designed) Chrysler Crossfire?

I was in love with it when it first came out, but now I'm not so sure. It only seats two, so I can forget about buying one, but (and this is for Sergio) it has some great options. My favorite being the cigar humidor w/ built-in cutters in the center console.

I haven't seen it live, just looked at some pictures. Design wise, I'm not crazy about Chrystler in general, it's not particularly elegant in my eyes. It's the front I have a problem with, those giant headlights most of all, the rest looks okay.

If I were going for design only, I wouldn't hesitate to get an Audi TT though.

But not being a car nut, I doubt I would spend that kind of money on a car, I'll be happy to have a reliable average car and spend the money on something else. Unless you drive for a living, I don't really see the point.

In fact if I were splashing, I would probably sooner buy a computer cluster for my basement and improvize some kind of solution to get Championship Manager running ultra smooth rather than a nice car. :D

Ever consider the VW Touareg? A lot like the Murano except a hotter ride(or I think so personaly). I think it'd be big enough and probably guzzle less gas than that beast of a honda.

The Touareg is a piece of junk.

My friend is a mechanic, and he told me he'd rather work on a Porsche Boxster than a Touareg.

The Touareg is a nightmare, and it rides like shit as well.

(For anyone who doesn't know, the reason why he said that is because when you perform a tuneup on the Boxster, you actually have to drop the engine in order to perform one.)

Well, the Toureg is brand new piece from VW, so expect some kinks in the ride along the way.

The Murano is great and I had the pleasure to take a test drive in it, and I must say I like how it feels. The handling is probably not as tight as a German suv, however it's still pretty damn cool. I prefer the German cars though, and every time I see my relatives in Michigan they castigate me for that. :groan:

Hey guys, check out the new vehicle I'm getting at the end of July.

This bad boy is truly a bad-ass machine. It certainly doesn't ride like a truck.

And yes, I'll be getting all of the options as well :D

Careful Sergio, just like the Toureg that Honda piece might have some unforeseen difficulties. Always be warry of brand new models if you make an investment such as that.

So what does everyone think about the impending arrivals of Kovac and Giannicheda?
I'm not entirely impressed. Sure, they are great squad players, especially Giannichedda who can fill in almost anywhere except up top. I have a feeling these two are the only players Moggi will bring in to strengthen the defense, and that is a worrying proposition for upcoming seasons. I would rather give Kovac to Atletico Madrid in part deal for Perea. The latter completely marked out Etoo during a La Liga match this season.

But now Moggi needs to to work on the midfield- Mozart, Ledesma, and Zanetti have been linked to Juve thus far, but hopefully Moggi will have some surprises instore for us. We need to find a partner for Emerson in midfield and perhaps another attacking option off the bench.

It will be interesting indeed to see how Zlatan performs next season. If he continues to improve like he has been over the past few months, Serie A better watch the fvck out. The talent is there in abundance, but what sets Zlatan apart from the rest is his confidence and cockiness. You need that to become the best.

Personally i m quite happy with Giannichedda... hes a more than useful squad player whos very versatile

Kovac... Dont know what we want him for... absolute waste of space.. hopefully we will take barzagli and bonera in the not too distant future... which will make me happy.

On a different note... what with the likelihood of you americans having your allready poor juve coverage getting less next season... where will you all get your weekly juve fix?

On another note...

What is the point in this eastern tour??

Now yes , both games so far have been relatively entertaining... but pretty pointless

Yes good experience for the players brought along... but we could have done that at home.

Neither game so far has been played like a friendly by our opposition... even with fists flying in both matches... Why risk this type of game...

Not too mention both being played in front of feeble crowds... Oooh a whole 12000 for this mornings match...
Geez if we are gonna go this far... at least play in front of 60 000 or so (as manu and real did)

Anyway... what is the point?

Bring 'em back to America, Paul.

We had 40,000 strong in Boston when they came here a couple of years ago.
Well it was more worthwhile than this charade anyway... Personally i would rather the team didnt make inter continental trips for friendlies unless the money is huge...
I dont think it does them any good at all... and we have plenty of better options to play in front of huge crowds within europe against quality opposition

Well this season was pretty damn good, with Gol TV broadcasting almost every Juve Serie A match. The CL was a different story with ESPN only airing one match live, those idiots. But if Gol TV does not retain the rights to show Serie A I'll be screwed once again, and have to revert to using streams and that shit again.

You mean the larry clark film?

Yeah... wouldnt say it was sick... quite realistic in many ways... Though badly made.

Larry clark is a fvcking pervert anyway... Though his films are worth watching even if not great... Check out Bully and ken park... Both worth watching.. though if you found kids sick.. they might bother you abit

Yeah exactly the Larry Clark film. It was certainly a rather accurate account for how life is for some city kids.

Oh and by sick I meant pretty cool and realistic. All I have to say is Casper "the ghost" is the man, sort of kid I would be in the city. :D

They said Kostya would rip him too peices

No one gave him a chance

Yet Ricky made the second best fighter in the history of the division quit on his stool... A broken man

Forza Ricky !!!

A true Champion!!!

Kudos to Kostya Tszyu... A legend in victory and defeat

37 of Juve's 38 Serie A matches were shown on live TV coverage in the USA this season, so the coverage was outstanding (even if the commentary was shit). What is the story with less coverage for next year?

Andy, if Gol TV bails, I might have to fulfill my lifelong ambition of taking up residence in Mexico. And yes, Deportes is always on in Mexico.
