No it isn't. They realise they are not the greatest band ever. The cocky attitude doesn't work in Indie music that's been proven.

Countless bands have started to think they are the shit after getting signed to a minor label, acting arrogant, walking off stage, telling fans to fvck off etc. That never works and they always cock up whatever little talent they had and soon they are no more.

SnowPatrol got to where they are by playing gigs for anyone/anywhere whenever they wanted it. They wouldn't have came out of Belfast city with a record contract if they were arrogant.

I get your point but bad example.
Why cant they be the best? If you want to make it to the top, you have got to think you are worthy of being there. he is basically saying they are crap. He is only putting himself down. Where is sense in that? If they are even in that catergory anyhow, it shows they are in many peoples eyes worthy of it.

I saw the music awards a little while ago, i think it was snow patrol that were up for best rock group.
Is it just me, or are the Grammy Awards the least credible crap awards in the entire entertainment industry? They always seem 10-15 years out-of-step with what's truly good and influential.

Which means Snow Patrol will probably get the Grammy for best rock group 20 years from now when they have their 25th reunion tour and put out a crap album of tired and recycled music that sounds like it was recorded and locked in storage in 2004.

NO. I don't act like it. When I first moved to Italy I was approached a few times on the street and told "you know who you look like..." etc. First it began as playful.
At one point the length and style of hair was similiar to BoboMan. Not done on purpose. When I was in restaurants big cities in the North like Milan, Torino or Bologna I would get stares...sometimes whispers and on the rare occasion a drink sent to my table.
So...one DRUNK night in Rome when Inter was visiting Roma some friends came up with a little 'skit'. They were the entourage...and presto...even though we had little $$ on us we left the club drunk as skunks all 'on the house'.
We couldn't go back to that place after that...only a matter of time before they catch on.
Anyhow, I don't ACT like Vieri if that is what you are implying but if some 'fan' wants to send me a drink in a club....I won't refuse it ....I'll just tip my glass to him and give him a thumbs up.

P.S. Is this NICK or CHRISTIAN?
I also think thats Bobo...

but what's with the other guys, all wearing the same outfits ???

Those other guys are hotel staff who wanted to take their picture with me and apparently put it up on the wall.

Swag: Yes, PSV played better the second match and given the way in which they dominated in this last match then maybe one can argue that over-all they did play better. However, were they really unlucky not to score a goal in Milan? Was Milan really luck to knock in two goals against them in the first match?
I still don't see how you lose a match 2-0 (falling asleep in the counter attack) and claim you played better (as Cocu said).

Given the gruelling schedule for Milan the rest of the season they will not be the out and out offensive unit that maintains possession through out the game anymore (or that much anyways). Players like Maldini, Stam and Nesta will have to carry them through to either a CL title or the Scudetto...or both.

Anyone have the cogliones to buy me the drink I rightfully deserve...

If I'm in the area I'll take you up on that one. Hanging out with Vieri can only be a good thing :D

Though that particular picture is Vieri.

No it wouldn't. I've left jobs before and went back, I've left girls before and went back. It's noones business but his own what he does.

I don't get why everyone is nagging about this. Zlatan seems like a nice guy.

No. It's not the same. Leaving is active, whereas not posting isn't.
    Here's why your wrong:

Zlatan did not simply stop posting. He announced that he was fed up and was leaving, then his posts stopped, so we can all agree that he left.

Nick, do you really look THAT much Vieri?

If that is you in the picture, then you could be his brother, his twin brother, except for being 5'3". And the bell hop next to you could be Del Piero.

No. It's just that some people who had just met him started hyping him up, and eventually he bagan to believe all that hype and started acting like he all that and a bag of chips. But, guys who've known him longer, like I have, dont believe the hype and know he aint all that. He just another average Joe with a big head and an inflated ego. Just like that Italian guy from Oz. No matter who he kills or what he does, or what people that meet him think of him, guys who've known him longer will always see him as Schillinger's and Adebisi's bitch. Now, I'm not saying you're anyone's bitch, just that you've started believing in your own hype a bit too much.
I don't have hype Zlatan, I have facts. I also have a decent knoweldge of football combined with a masterful grasp of the English language. Furthermore, I do not understand how you can have hype on a forum.....would that constitute a state of being overrated Zlatan? But yes, if you do believe so, the notion is as trivial as a transient unable to keep the browser clean of juventuz.com.

    Here it is Andy:

"Holy shit! You have to check out the new poster on Nick Against the World. His name is Andy and he is the coolest. Everything he says is sooo cool, and he is so good looking. I'm going to start acting like Andy."

Yep. I haven't seen too much of that. But it is "hype", you have to admit.

    I am here....

still enjoying the victory and laughing at Cocu's statement "We played better for 180 minutes..."
Then please explain why they were down 2-0 after the first leg...I love the anti-Milan talk all over again....because of one game they are branded lucky to get into the CL Final. Anyone remember the last time Milan conceded a goal in CL before yesterday? The 2-1 loss to Barca last November/October. Undeserving huh...
FEED THAT SH*T TO THE TOURISTs
Actually, Cocu does have a point. PSV played the better football over the 180 minutes only to fall short on aggregate. That's football. I wouldn't say Milan does not deserve to be in the Final, however IMO PSV had the better run of play, controlled the matches for longer periods, and overall played the better football between the legs. But no matter how many chances you create, the only deciding factor is how many chances you finish off. Ambrosini finished his chance well, and that's PSV's fault they lost concentration at the back. Milan in the final.

    Scary isn't it...

This is Vieri after living in Italy too long and eating pasta 9 times a week...

P.S. ALL THAT AND A BAG OF CHIPS??!!! It is because of lines like these that Zlatan will always be picked on in life and eventually go postal on everyone.

LOL Pado you crack me up.

Andy deserves the hype though, he puts the work in.
Hahaha - he is the hardest working man in cyber space. But, he doesn't try too hard.

Keep working it Andy, and don't believe the hype, yo.
