Pado... I was having a fit over some notions regarding Deschamps earlier, and I must ask you what you think about him after his first season in charge. I don't think I've ever seen you thoroughly approve/disapprove of the job he's doing, so it has got me wondering.

Personally, I think it would be ridiculous to fire him this summer. Especially if that means reverting back to Lippi.

Wholeheartedly agree. Even though Deschamps still has a few things to learn it seems, I would give him a chance to work through it as honestly it's the least he deserves. The man took the job of coaching Juventus in Serie B, a job really nobody else wanted, and he's led us to the top despite the points reduction.

I see a lot of other people on here calling for Lippi to replace Deschamps this summer... and it boggles my mind because if he were to manage us once again, it would only be for a couple seasons, something we do not need right now. What we need is consistency and a manager who will nurture the growth of the starlets we have introduced to Juventus this season. Deschamps has helped to improve the likes of Marchisio and Palladino during his reign and has come to know these players very well, so along with the fact that we have successfully acheived promotion with a very good record, there really is no reason to fire the man.

I think a lot of people are forgetting we have experianced several key injuries during this season and of course that has bearing over our overall performances. Looking at all the youth we've introduced this season, I can't really find much to fault Deschamps for, barring what you have mentioned above.
