So this is the thanks I get aye, a forty-five day ban for posting off-topic in a thread where the nonsense was started by some illiterate Turk? All I did was try to justify the actions of juventuz.com's best moderator, Jacques, by stating Ahmedios deserved a ban due to the fact he was the last person to post off-topic in a transfer thread. Now what is the state of him? Ahmedios is banned, just like myself. And if the moderator is upholding his principles, I should be banned as well but wait... principles of a moderator? You've got to be kidding me!

A forty-five day ban for posting off-topic is absolutely absurd, let alone justifiable. Such an action without any sort of opposition at all just goes to show how corrupt and hypocritical moderation can be, by the EXACT means of what I was accused of. Personally, all I was responsible for was unbanning one member, namely Burke, both fairly and unfairly. While on the other hand, some moderators can prance around giving 200-day bans to whomever they choose, just because they can. Lets look at the lesser of two evils here... I unban someone multiple times who was warned both unfairly and fairly, while others dance around banning people at will and at their own pleasure. We have the best moderation on the internet.

Jack made a big STINK stating how apparently I was not part of the moderation TEAM. That's quite alright and all son, as I was never such a moderation team player. However, how many of the moderators would be able to justify a FORTY-FIVE DAY BAN FOR POSTING OFF-TOPIC??? That's right, fucking zero. Don't you dare try to justify such a ban without warning... Greg, John, Mark or Gray. You know too well that's completely absurd when looking at how many off-topic posts one could see on this forum. But as I have stated in the past, moderation is completely subjective and when losels simply go around banning whomever they please, forum quality will not improve. Thank goodness I'm out of that shit.

Martin M. knows this is the case. He was the original "Major" of this place and his crew never took such ridiculous measures for measley offenses. But nowadays people are banned for trivial nonsense, at the discretion of whomever carries the big stick around without a care. Banning regular forum members with thousands of posts for months is not the answer... neither is acting like moderation is some sort of group exercise. And the reason for that is due to the fact no moderator will agree on the same issue... considering almost every single mod has commited the exact same offense in question.

But go ahead and ban me for me good. And for the record, John warned me regarding myself letting Burke use my account, and after the warning was issued Burke has not used my account once... CHECK IT if you believe I'm lying. You know better than this, Greg, to believe the word of others whom you have not personally spoken with.

So as I write this post ever so easily, the fact of the matter is, Burke has not used my account since John issued me the final warning, and my ban is solely based upon Jack's absurd and imbecilic vision of moderation. But as you wish, ban me and I will not return... the only reason I'm coming back in such a fashion is because I'm on Spring Break and have nothing else better to do... not to mention I happened to see Nick file several complaints on the matter, which I will fight for as I've spoken with him and he's one of the better posters here despite being Milanisti. So if you lot want to wave your magic wand and act all tough, go right ahead. But think before you act.

And that leaves me to my bovva Jack. No offense mate, but you know very well you should not be a mod, just like myself. We were both better posters before this trivial nonsense and everything must end sometime. Same goes for Fliakis.

Jaecole... Good to hear from you mate, not like any of us cared or anything.

Pado... I still love you, no matter what you think of me. I'll be giving you a ring sometime shortly here.

Vinni... this summer, football team.

Follow me for a second:

A guy (or hermaphrodite..lets call him/her Hermie for short) Hermie comes here, gets into an argument with everyone here...Hermie says he will never return then a day later INVENTS a user and tries to pass it off as his brother. Then Hermie even tries to DENY its his brother...he leads two imaginary users .. proving: he has no friends and has to create imaginary ones and TWO is a not a 'hermie' of his word ... his word is worth crap. And hermie is calling someone else retarded....are YOU out of your mind ??? No one forgot your little foot in the mouth debacle where you left with your head high and mighty and crawled back like a pussy cat.

P.S. Let me PM you my cell....next time you want to call me names maybe we can do it over the phone so I can hear you cry..better yet I'm 50 minutes from Bologna 6 months in the year...why don't you let me know where you'll be staying we will have an interesting talk and you can tell me all those lovely things in person...I also know many Bolognesi that would love to meet you
I see you learned a new word. How about we cut the chitchat and you show me the pot of gold right now. I have no intention to wait for a rainbow to pop up.

Let me recapture what you said there.

a) You want to PM me your cell (which you didn't do).
b) You want me to call and insult you.
c) You want to ask other guys to fight me because I insulted you after you asked me to do so.

You're the first sadomasochistic lepricon I ever met.

Andy, I find this a hilarious twist of fate for you, remembering how many posts you wrote about how people take the whole thing too seriously, how moderators don't matter and people should just stop caring and remember it's an internet forum. Not the best paraphrasing ever, but you remember what you said.

And now, very much in the spirit of Andy's "stop taking it so seriously", Jack decided to follow up on that and f around a bit with the mod panel, getting you three banned, it's poetic. :D You could say it's a bit of a case study, if you don't take it seriously and try to uphold a standard, how do you decide where to draw the line. And do you draw one at all etc, you must appreciate the irony of it. :D

@ vinman it was me who closed the match thread. the last 3 pages were simply a "you said" "he said" slanging match and it was only going to degenerate. i thought long and hard about it as both you and snoop are good posters generally but it was evident you were not going to agree at all on this matter and it was heading to a personal battle

To end up all these kind of twists, I say it's time that juventuz becomes a real democracy.

We'd have an elected Parlement, a government, a police force, and most important: a separate an independent judiciary system.

In our case, the mods (cops) could ban abusive members for a 24h preventive custody, and bring them before the Juventuz court who'll judge them and decide on the punishment.
The punishment could be bans, but also working for the general interest, like clicking on ads, throwing piss-balloons at the Interista neighbour and so on.

-We also should work on a national anthem and flag, and ask the UNO for membership.

- And we need a king, so we can be the "Kingdom of Juventuz". I solemny propose Del Piero to be our king. Of course his position would only be a formal one, but we'd meet him once in a while, and he would pop by at the forums to see how his loyal subjects are doing.

That would rock.

It seems that you forgot that you, Nick and Turk were throwing shit at each other before I made the warning. I deleted two pages of off topic crap where not only it was off topic but full of insulting each other using foul language. But wait, you don't look at this, you look at what happened in the end only because this is what you can argue on.

Do you have anything to say on that?

You guys cannot see the offline discussions in the mod threads. Nor should you. I'll leave it at that. But I will say that having people go off like hourly clockwork on duplicate accounts to get around a ban to complain about their bans isn't exactly helping a number of personal situations.

So as I write this post ever so easily, the fact of the matter is, Burke has not used my account since John issued me the final warning, and my ban is solely based upon Jack's absurd and imbecilic vision of moderation.
For the record, I did suggest to the other mods that we ban your account for as long as Burke's account was banned, since it was clear that it was just being abused to channel around his ban. But that has been my only direct influence in any of your situation to date. (And I have my own opinions about ban lengths that are being discussed offline.)

Andy, I find this a hilarious twist of fate for you, remembering how many posts you wrote about how people take the whole thing too seriously, how moderators don't matter and people should just stop caring and remember it's an internet forum. Martin has a sublime point here though, I must say.

It's times like these that make we wanna sing like a groovy cat... Sammy Davis, Jr. (No, not Robert Blake.)

Don't go to bed with no price on your head,
Don't do it.
Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.

Keep your eye on the sparrow,
When the going gets narrow.

Don't roll the dice if you can't pay the price,
Don't do it.
Don't run your feet down a dead-end street.

Don't do me dirt or you're gonna get hurt
Don't do it.
Don't run away till you hear what I say.

Ain't gonna fight with no thief in the night
Won't do it.
I'm gonna go where the cold wind don't blow.

I need some hot hoochie mamma backup chicks, I swear...

@ Andy - I love you too. I just like to give you shit because I think it's funny. I also agree that you and Nick should be restored with immediate effect, and I hope to see you posting straight away (but not about your school work).

Shhould Alex not be God rather than King? Or will this sociey steer clear of religion.
